Stayed Mar 28, 2022Very nice unit and had a great time. Glad we were on at least 3rd floor so we had view of everything. Unit was a little tired(master shower door very hard to slide and we couldn’t get ice maker to work). Also some stains on carpet that gives prospective renters a negative feeling. We have been coming to Litchfield over 20 years and still feel it’s the best beach to vacation!!

Stayed Oct 10, 2021Absolutely awesome view from the balcony. The unit needs to be cleaned. The carpet is gross. Mold in master bathroom shower. Light bulbs out. No ice machine at wet bar or in freezer. They need to replace the TV in the living room. The whole condo was dirty.
