Direct access to the beach, pool, and hot tub, make the property's location ideal. Expansive ocean views from the main living area and two bedrooms are better than weI had hoped. We are still chatting about the happy memories we made there.

Crescent 101 was an absolute DREAM! Our entire family wished we could stay another week. We stay at the Crescent every year and this is by far our favorite property. The views are amazing and I could sit on the patio for hours.

It was the perfect location. Close to the beach, to the grocery store & to Silver Sands mall. Also to restaurants. The condo was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, & it was beautifully furnished & comfortable. No complaints except they could use a better vacuum. I highly recommend staying there.

This is a wonderful place for large families!

This is the best condo that is located in this complex. Walk right out to the beach and the pool. Corner unit with amazing views. The two master bedrooms have the best views. The chair and umbrella service was an added bonus; it is so nice to not have to drag that stuff to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Never an issue with parking. We would totally come back!

The condo was perfect for our situation. We had 2 couples and one single person. Every room has it's own bathroom and plenty of space for everyone.

Even with the possibility of Hurricane Helene, we still came. Luckily it missed us, with minimal rain. The property was gorgeous and just as described. We will be coming back to this unit again.

Perfect first floor corner unit. Walk directly out to beach and pool and the best appointed kitchen I have experienced for cooking and entertaining. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The king bedrooms have amazing views and the porch seats 8 for watching the amazing sunsets before dinner. You will love your visit for beach, food, shopping and entertainment!

Having such a beautiful place to stay within steps of the ocean and a walkout patio/lawn access to the pool and beach is incredible! We hope to visit again.

Crescent 101 was perfect for our family summer vacation. It was everything I had hoped for. The views of the ocean are incredible. Every sunrise and sunset was spent either on the beach or on the large patio watching the ocean waves and enjoying the breeze. We had 3 generations in the condo, from ages 13 to 80 years and it was perfect for all of us. Each bedroom is spacious and beautiful, especially the two that face the ocean with amazing views. And each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge bonus. Each bedroom also has great closet space equipped with luggage racks, hangers, and extra sheets, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Coffee-maker plus Keurig, so everyone is happy and a big refrigerator. You really can't beat the location of this condo. It is the very best spot in the Crescent complex for the views and distance to the beach and pool. Crescent is also very close to many great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping either in Destin or San Destin. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy with coordination with the Property Manager. All questions and communication with the Property Manager was responded to quickly and clearly. We had a wonderful and relaxing week and hope to be back again next year. I highly recommend Crescent #101. We loved it.

It did not disappoint! The location of the condo was perfect for both pool & beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with every item you could want. The patio was awesome for outdoor games. The complex was in close proximity to the grocery, restaurants and shopping.

We loved being on the main level to be able to walk right out to the beach and pool. The only thing was the master bathroom ceiling. The unit above over flowed the tub and the water came through the ceiling. I felt like no one was as worried as we were about it continuing to leak.
