If you're looking for convenience, your search is over! This is a ski-in / ski-out unit, meaning hiking/biking trails are adjacent to the unit. The unit is a 1/2-block walk from Main Street in Breckenridge and offers excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, four hot tubs, a workout room, etc.). Maggie Pond is adjacent to The Village at Breckenridge, where a variety of water sports, including fishing, are available.

Three queen beds / two full baths / Full kitchen. Elevator access to the unit. The unit is located within the Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn building (clock tower).

The condo features two sleeping areas (see the layout photo for the condo's footprint) and two full bathrooms, and is located in the Village at Breckenridge. The unit has three (3) Queen-size beds, two (2) full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Perfect for couples/ families. This spacious unit is decorated with antique skis, snowshoes, toboggans, and ice skates; the condo showcases the joys of Breckenridge from a time not forgotten.

The living area has a 50' 1080P HDTV with DVD/VCR/CD player, and a 40' HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, a blender, and a crockpot. In addition, a humidifier and a fan are included. The gas fireplace is on a timer for your safety. All linens/towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. Coin-operated laundry machines are on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge offers high-speed wireless (WIFI) to this unit.

The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, a steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), a workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club also provides an endless supply of towels for your use, as well as free video games and billiards. Additionally, a free theater room is available for your family's enjoyment, located downstairs in the health club.

Please let me know if you need my assistance with parking. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fees throughout Breckenridge. This is particularly convenient for guests traveling by air. There are several shuttles serving Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout Summit County. I have discounts available to save you money on shuttle costs.

Parking:
- **Option 1:** The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated garage for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking costs varying by season. April 13 - May 21: $6/night; May 22 - Oct 31: $16/night. The 2026/2027 Ski Season ranges from $41 to $51/night, depending on the night needed.
- **Option 2:** I have another unit located approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available there during your stay, you can park for free.
- **Option 3:** Additional parking is available near the ice rink and is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service for easy access to your vehicle.

I can definitely advise you on transportation options to/from Denver International Airport via shuttle (no need to rent a car or worry about driving/parking). No car is needed to make this vacation memorable! Let me know what I can do for you!

    Scott is a great host and had excellent communication. This was a great unit for my family of 5. The extra bed in the living room is so much better than a pull out couch. The village amenities- fitness center, game room, pools, heated garage etc make for a great family vacation. One of our kids is still in Ski School and the check in for that is conveniently connected through the heated parking garage that connects all the buildings in village.

    If you want to be right at the base of Peak 9 and a short walking distance to town, this is the perfect place! Very comfortable and typical ski ski condo-type lodging. Kitchen is fully equipped and we ate in many meals, although Main Street has tons of amazing options less than 5 mins away.

    Scott’s place is wonderful. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is plenty of space, full kitchen and you can’t beat the location and price! Scott was incredibly helpful with pointing me in the right direction for shuttle services to and from the airport and to and from our snowmobiling and dogsledding adventures. He also guided me to the most convenient ski/snowboard rentals. Very grateful for all of his guidance. The check in process was seamless and Scott called to make sure everything went as planned. The hot tubs, indoor/utdoor pool, sauna and steam room, health club and game room were such a bonus to have at our disposal. They’re located in the building next door and are easily accessible. I can’t recommend Scott’s place enough!

    Scott, the host was wonderful to work with! I spoke with him prior to arriving and he gave me lot of information and details so I was very prepared coming into it! The condo was large and great shape! The amenities and closeness to everything was a huge perk! Will definitely be back and will stay at Scott's place next time also!

    Celebrated the 4th of July in Breckenridge, and this condo was just about perfect. The location is close to everything that we wanted, and the check-in process was very simple. Clean. A little dated, but not a problem at all. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.
