Cozy Top Floor Unit w/ Lots of Windows. Ski In, Steps from Main Street | PM8D

Great atmosphere. The unit was super cozy. Excellent experience.

This property was exactly as described. It is an older property and small, but for the two of us, it worked perfectly. The walls between units could use some more soundproofing, but we were on a corner unit and our neighbors abided by the quiet hours. Ear plugs and sleep masks are provided, if you aren't so lucky. We would unhesitantly come again!

Room was said to sleep 4 there was a pull out sofa with a sheet and one small blanket not equipped for 4 people. One guest ended up leaving from our party to find somewhere else to stay.

Great location and perfect little size cabin for 2

I was glad to be on the second floor end(less noise). The TV service offered NO movie channel and very few other channels.

The unit was disappointing, the bed sheets were torn and a blanket was heavily soiled. The management has sent replacement in a timely fashion

The host was very good in keeping in touch with me throughout my stay. Very prompt in getting back to me. Place was very clean and convenient to where we wanted to go.

It was a nice small spot. Had everything you need. It was easy check in, cozy, hot tub availability. Walking distance to downtown. Would stay again!

It's not fancy, but it's cozy. This property management company is always easy to work with and check in/out is easy. We stayed for 3 days. It's perfect size for 2 people (I cannot imagine having 1-2 more people though). The location is great, and you're a 5 minute walk from Main Street. It was clean and neat. Only feedback would be to have a fan in unit just to move the air; it gets stuffy quickly.

What a cute well-maintained one-bedroom property. Perfect for my spouse and myself! Faces the creek that runs next to the condo. We saw moose! We enjoyed the comforts. Thank you!!

Lovely stay! Great location and close to main st of Breck!

Nice facility. Almost enough accessories for the unit to be practical. The location is very good. The coffee maker is too large/tall to be practical. There is no dishes drying rack. The very useful rack across from the sink blocks the bathroom light. The couch is old and worn out, so uncomfortable. There are three remotes- only two work for the TV and they're a real challenge to figure out.The blinds, though, are the only really bad part. They do not work.Photos online do not match the small unit. Web site does say 300 sq ft but photos make it look much larger. This was cramped for just we two. Can't see 4 staying here.

The place is beautiful and the smell is spectacular the fresh pine smell with the stream running through so perfect.

The lodge is older, but seems very well kept by management. I found the common areas to be welcoming and comfortable, and the location is great for walking to Main Street. My only disappointment was the furnishings; a rather soiled old sofa, somewhat worn mattress, and lack of any good reading lamp. Otherwise I would assign 5 stars.

I absolutely loved the location (can walk to downtown and water running through the back yard of the property) of this condo. It was as advertised and communication with the property management was great. Condo is well equipped and neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for having me.

Easy entry to our suite, plenty of bath towels, kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus was the short 10 minute walk to downtown.

Lovely place. Just as described. Close to Gold shuttle to get to mountain. Loved the pool table , ping pong and fussball in the rustic common area.

After hemming and hawing for weeks, I decided to take a short ski trip about a week before the actual stay. Park Meadows Lodge seemed to fit the bill, and it did not disappoint. Check in & out was seamless. My end unit top floor efficiency had great views and all the necessities. Super helpful and responsive staff when I had questions.

The place was clean and comfortable for two of us. It is really small and would not be suitable for 4 people as advertised.

Needed a cheap and cozy place to stay the night in Breck and this was perfect. Easy check in and was a good size for two people to stay.

We were looking for a simple, inexpensive place to stay for a quick, spontaneous mother-daughter weekend and this place was perfect. Everything we needed.
