Stayed Jul 15, 2025This property is not suitable for guests, and no effort was made by the host to make it welcoming. The photos did not represent the current furnishings or condition. It’s cluttered, the carpet is stained, and the mattress is horrible. Things are broken, lightbulbs are missing and burned out. The top of the refrigerator is a greasy, dirty mess. All the clean towels were found in the dryer, the only TP was a small bit left on the roll, and there were only a few drops remaining in the bottle of dish soap. Yes, it had been “cleaned” but it still felt dirty. This place has potential, but it is not in suitable condition to serve as a guest house.

Stayed Oct 26, 2019This cozy little apartment was a perfect place to stay while I was waiting to get into my condo. The appliances and carpet are reasonably new, everything works well, and the furnishings are clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. It's less than a mile from the Federal Center bus and trail station, so easy access to downtown or wherever. Having the front parking spot is a bonus. Convenient to shopping, fitness facilities, or even the foothills, it really has everything you need.
