Cozy up in this well-appointed studio located in the heart of Vermont ski resorts and golf courses. After a day out on the slopes, whip up some dinner in the kitchen, warm up by the wood fire, and sink into the sofa to watch TV or calculate your vertical on your device using the complimentary internet access. You will also have access to a pool table, a shared sauna, and a fitness room.

Killington Ski Resort is only a mile away with its sister resort, Pico Mountain, only six miles from your rental. During the winter, ski or board on 73 miles of trails, and take on over 3,000 feet of vertical. In the summer, take advantage of the new mountain bike park (lessons are available), enjoy a scenic ride on one of the quad lifts, or just go for a hike on one of the many trails. Play a few rounds of golf on a championship course only a few blocks away, where you can even have a slice of pizza after 18 holes. And if the kids want to play, or you forgot some gear, the next building over has a Black Dog Sports.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Mountain Green buildings will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024. Scaffolding will be around the bottom entrance of Building 1. There will also be scaffolding around Building 2 and 3. The scaffolding is going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024, and Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur).
Mountain Green amenities will be closed until further notice. No refunds or discounts will be given due to this.
The shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link found on the home page. We will do our best to provide updates. Mountain Green does shut the amenities down towards the end of March annually for spring maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Studio was recently renovated, has all the amenities you expect and more. Very clean, all appliances were brand new, and overall a cozy place. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the ski resort.

    Unit was cute and cozy. The kitchen had so many unnecessary items(5 frying pans, 5 corkscrews etc), but not enough of the necessary items. There are zero condiments or spices. Not even the basics like salt, sugar or coffee, so make sure you stop at a store and pick these up. Makes for a rough morning if you get in late. Pool located in Bldg 3. It was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The outdoor property is beautiful and backs up to golf course. We would stay again. Just disappointed as a host at the lack of detail and consideration in the kitchen.

    I participated in the Spartan race. Location was perfect. I was in walking distance of where I picked up the shuttle to get to the Spartan Race venue. The room was top notch.But the check in was very sketchy. No front desk and not use to this system of checking in. It was lucky I found a staff person. He helped me check in and ho to get into my room.

    It was 90 degrees in the place when we arrived. Dirty washcloths on top of the shower, bed was incredibly uncomfortable. One fan for the entire place and no blinds to keep the heat out. We could only stay one night because we couldn’t get it below 82 degrees. Terrible vacation accommodations for a beautiful spot and weekend

    Checking process was easy. Condo was renovated nicely but the building was in disarray from various construction projects in and on the property. Building had distinct musty odor. Upon arrival water was brown in all the facuets and toilet. It cleared after running a while but we never got a clear answer from the property mgr if it was drinkable. Communication was slow and yielded no results. Queen bed was very uncomfortable. Pool was lovely, never found the hot tub or sauna.

    The apartment it’s very nice very nice amenities only one thing I can say was cleaning crew forgot to clean the refrigerator and they put dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, we lost our electric power for couple hours due to ice storm but after restoring power everything was good

    Convenient location right off Killington Rd. Short drive to ski or restaurants. One bar/restaurant on site- Vermont Craft. Newly renovated studio, clean on arrival. Check-in as described, did not need to contact host during stay. Thorough details provided in pre arrival communications.

    It’s a great location, and the unit is well updated, but being able to lock it while you’re away skiing the whole day is pretty important. When I reached out to the property manager about this, and also a disgusting towel left near the toilet on arrival, the response was basically oh no! That’s awful! We’ve told someone.. aaaand nothing ever happened about either thing. These issues weren’t insurmountable, but doing nothing at all about them just left a terrible impression.

    The room was very nice and clean, but we were unaware of the construction taking place on the buildings. The parking was a little crammed due to the equipment in the way, but for the small amount of time we spent in the room for sleeping and getting ready it worked out fine.
