Head upstairs to find two loft sleeping spaces plus a private bedroom. In the bedroom, interior shutters open to the kitchen below for added light and connection, or close to create a quiet, private retreat. Step out from here to a small balcony for a breath of mountain air. Thoughtful touches like board games, room-darkening shades, and a family-friendly layout make this an easy choice for groups and families.



As part of Sierra Park Villas, you’ll enjoy community hot tubs, a seasonal pool, and a sauna—great for soothing tired legs after a day exploring. When it’s time to head out, the free shuttle stop is just outside, making it simple to get around town or up to Mammoth Mountain without driving.

Important Things to Note

• Community amenities: The complex offers two outdoor hot tubs and a sauna year-round; the swimming pool is seasonal.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse.

• Parking: Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the lot on Sierra Nevada Rd. Parking passes are required and are provided in-unit near the front door. Please place the pass visibly in your vehicle.

• Getting around: The free shuttle stop is right outside the complex. In winter, the free trolley provides easy access to Mammoth Mountain.

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the unit to access both loft sleeping spaces.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ rural, mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    Cozy apartment, in a good location (in town, close to shopping and restaurants). The check-in instructions and communication with the management company was great. They were very responsive.The mattress of the queen bed in the loft was not very comfortable, and the first night it took a while before the place got warm, but otherwise everything else was great.
