Cozy, Spotless, Family Friendly - Walk to dining/shops, new remodeled bathrooms

So great! Nice location, clean, and has everything you need. Was an awesome home base to explore Mammoth. Margy is very attentive and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Everything was excellent! The host is a great communicator. The condo is in perfect condition. The kitchen was fully equipped. Really beautiful place. Hot tub was a welcome sight after hitting the slopes. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place. Looking forward to next time!

This super cute condo and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts have been very good at communicating. They provided recommendations on where to go, what to see, how to get to the slope, etc.The house is clean. The location is perfect for us because the shuttle bus stop is just right outside the condo, there is Vons within 3 minutes drive, lots of restaurants within less than 10 minutes drive.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that we need to make delicious meals. The condo is in a good location related to town or mountain use. The condo is furnished nicely with cozy decorations and furniture. The kitchen has every amenity and tool you could possibly need to make your stay complete.

We have made an annual trip to Mammoth for the last 6 years, always staying in a VRBO. This property is,without a doubt, the best property we have visited. The location is spacious and centrally located. There were even games, and toys, on site for kids of all ages. The property owners are amazing. The communication and directions for use are clear and concise. They provide great recommendations for everything from food to activities. When they found out my children would be there, they took the time to provide additional suggestions that kids enjoy. We will not hesitate to rent from them again!

Second time staying in this sweet cozy space that is conveniently located to town and to the mountain. The family and I look forward to making our way back up again possibly this summer but definitely next winter. Thank you for being great hosts!

We just returned from a 5 night stay during New Years eve and the cabin really exceeded our expectations. The owners were very detailed oriented and thoughtful about everything you may need. They send you instructions for check-in and out, major appliances in the cabin like the fireplace and AC, and if you still have questions, they are lightning fast in responding. The bathrooms are newly renovated and clean, as well as the kitchen. New clean fridge and everything you need. They also have in-unit laundry and dryer which was very convenient. Check in was super simple... keyless entry lock on the front door made it a breeze.We were worried we would run out of parking space during the holiday but the lot was plentiful and we never had a problem parking near or even in front of our cabin. The location was perfectly in the center of town... 2 mins from VONS, and literally steps away from the RED LINE bus stop that takes you directly to Main Lodge. You can literally see the bus stop from the window. Overall, a great stay during a busy holiday week and will love to come back.

We stayed at this condo for a winter a ski trip. The condo was clean, cozy, and had a great layout for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). The views from the living room windows were beautiful. It was conveniently located to the lifts, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the Woodlands in Mammoth Lakes. The location was great for being able to walk or drive to most everything that we needed. It is a cozy space and the bathrooms have been upgraded and are beautiful. Margy, the owner, was really quick to respond and very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the Woodlands!

This condo is just as described on the VRBO website. Super clean and perfect for families. It is close to shops and restaurants. It is also very quiet which is nice when you are on vacation. Thanks to the hosts for offering this great property.
