Stayed Jun 12, 2025This was our second stay here. Thoughtful amenities were appreciated. Location is convenient to everything. The only thing I could suggest, safety-wise, would be a grab bar in the shower area to help old folks like us getting in and of the tub.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Tricia was amazing to work with! We come from Arizona once a year and have stayed in different places along the shore, her place was in a very nice quiet area. All the little extras were a nice surprise to have on hand, comfortable beds, pots, and pans, all kitchen appliances that you need. it is a little bit further from the beach than I expected, but very close to the bay. thank you for an amazing week in Seaside!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Excellent location to the beach and other shore activities. However, the apartment itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. For example, rugs were very dirty, and the shower curtain liner was moldy and dirty (and had to be replaced by us). The washing machine was very dirty, and we had to clean it completely. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the kitchen cabinets were so full of stuff that we had to store our kitchen belongings on the counter. The tablecloth on the kitchen table was grease stained. And while the listing stated that an ironing board was supplied in the apartment, there was none available.
