Cozy Rocky Mountain Getaway with Hot Tub! Pet Friendly & Newly Updated!

The star is for the room and the location, both great! Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The hot tub was closed for maintenence which happens, however this was a very important reason for my fiancée and I booking the room. There was no warning of this, alternative, or offer of compensation for this detail being missed. When communicating with the owner we were directed to a front desk in a non-affiliated building next door. There was no front desk, no phone number and no solution.The owner also claimed to be working on a solution but did not get back to us with any sort of resolution. When I attempted to get in touch after being frustrated at trying to track down non existent staff at the wrong building, the owner essentially explained how it was not their fault and offered nothing further. Abysmal customer service for an expensive 2 night stay. Spend that money on a suite at Pomeroy Kananaskis instead, the views, amenities and service are exceptional by comparison.

Host did not disclose hot tub was under long term renovations even though it had been closed for several weeks prior. The pictures depict a very bright looking suite however I think some amazing photography was used to achieve this. The suite itself is naturally very dark due to the location. This is a personal preference as some people love to be in darkness hence the cozy vibe in a lot of reviews. If you need a lot of sunlight I would choose a different suite in the same location as the location itself is fantastic. Some of the light bulbs were burned out in the suite making it even darker. Half the lighting used was the fluorescent feeling bright white LED which doesn't help. For the most part the suite itself was clean, dishes were clean but definitely overdue for a good thorough deep clean of the kitchen cupboards etc. If you misplace parking pass it is $100 to replace it and you have to remove all of your own garbage bags at the end of your stay.

Everything was perfect, except as far as we knew from the pictures it looked like a lot larger apartment than just one floor. Wasn't expecting to have bunk beds but other than that it was amazing and will stay again.

Perfect location to explore Campre and Kanaskisis area.

Such a lovely quiet location. We loved sitting on the deck to watch it rain while our pup ran around on the grassy lawn I would highly recommend this property

The condo layout was perfect for what we wanted! Cozy and cute. Quick and easy to access downtown Canmore and trails. Perhaps a new cleaner is required as we unpleasantly were surprised to question if our bedding had been replaced after previous guests! ..finding dog hairs and human hairs very visible on the sheets. There was not enough spare sheets to replace them but used what was there. Towels and dish towels were either stained or missed being washed as well. Random lights did not work as well as fireplace seemed to blow cool air.

The condo was very clean and cozy. Perfect for our mountain getaway. We loved the large, clean bathroom, decor, smart tv, hot tub and nearby pathways along the river. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet. Pet friendly and nice little trail along the river. Great place to get away from the bustle of the town after busy days. Cookware was not great quality.

Just minutes from Canmore. Close to all the action, far enough for quiet nights. The property has a great walking path along a river which was a great route for the dogs every morning and at night after a day of hiking.I feel like this place will quickly become hard to book given its location, the unit itself, amenities and just overall experience.I would book sooner than later if you want to experience everything Banff and Canmore have to offer without breaking the bank!The host was great to work with and very quick to respond. We would absolutely go back!! (Our pups loved it too!)

The place was really nice and we had a good time.

We had a great stay and were so happy to be able to walk out of the condo directly to paths to get to the bow river. The location is very convenient but quiet - to be removed from Canmore and still enjoy everything in the mountains have to offer. The host was very communicative, and the unit was well appointed and spotless

Had and great trip down to Canmore/ Dead man’s flats. The room was prefect. The only thing missing for us was the hot tub was under maintenance while we were there. Had beautiful views and a close local coffee shop next door.

Clean, beautiful and quiet, only a few minutes to all amenities in Canmore but quieter than staying right in Canmore. Unit is conveniently close to hot tub and fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Great property great suite. Well appointed. Only challenge was if you have a vehicle that does not fit in underground parking there is very little additional parking close to the suite. Would come back for sure

We stayed at Carter's place when we visited Banff National Park in Alberta. We had everything we need and the process and steps to get the place was very clear and painless. Carter was also responsive and helpful during our stay answering any questions we had.

It’s a beautiful condo with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The patio opens up to a grassy area which was nice to enjoy. The condo is in a good proximity to some trails, creek and a river. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property and it’s host.

This condo was awesome! Great location, only a 10 minute drive from town. Carter was super nice and easy to contact, would definitely stay again!
