Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of WaterFowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo. There is a one time parking fee of $25.00.
