Cozy oceanfront villa, tennis courts, hot tub, shared pool and ocean view

Great stay at one of our favorite beachfront Island Club condos.

Wonderful oceanfront condo! Tastefully decorated, comfortable amenities, and well stocked with everything you need for your beach stay.

Absolutely wonderful beach condo.The island club is a great spot. Wonderful views. Beach not all that crowded. The only possible complaint is that the wifi was spotty but not a big deal. We would stay here again 100 times.

The beds were comfortable and the oceanview was spectacular! There were slight cleanliness issues (washing machine door needs to be left open to prevent mold odor, few strands of hair around the sinks, etc.) but they were minor and can be quickly fixed by Vacasa. Would recommend to friends and family. Beach access was close. Check-in and check-out was super fast and convenient. Overall, we had an enjoyable time!

This condo is beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of every detail. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The view, being oceanfront, and most of the Annemarie’s for this unit were top notch. The only complaints were that the washer/dryer were small and there was no dresser in the king bedroom. We had to purchase hangers for our clothes because there were only a handful in the closet. We travel to Hilton Head yearly and we’ve stayed at several units on Island Club and and have found this establishment is well worth the stay. We love it! The grounds and units are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend Island Club 5402.

Pretty dang clean, I am very picky! That’s my number one priority for being able to settle in and relax. Property location was absolutely amazing. Well stocked. Beach was amazing. Love it at the island club.

Clean! Always most important. Beautiful view with comfortable balcony seating. Homey and comfortable inside seating. Good kitchen with cooking tools (no pantry staples). Nice beach accessories available. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This condo unit is gorgeous inside with beautiful beach views. The balcony is in full sun until noon and lovely in the afternoon and evening for reading, cocktails and dinner. The condo provides beach chairs and umbrellas along with beach toys for children and bocce ball and paddle ball. The owners have done a wonderful job maintaining it. Great mattresses and linens as well. Would rent again in a heart beat. Two items of note beyond the owner’s control: 1) September seems to be a common time to schedule condo work. There was 1 day of jack hammering in the unit below us and several other units being refreshed. I was working remotely and could not do any meeting calls that 1 day. A small inconvenience for a great trip. 2) Hurricane Ian loomed out at sea. Neither Vacasa or the condo association gave notice that the elevators would be turned off, except for a posting in the elevators. If I had not used the elevator that afternoon, we would not have known this. Vacasa came around to each condo to request patio furniture be brought inside but made no mention of the elevator procedure. We had my 88 year old mother with us and this would have been nice to know ahead of time. All was well in the end.
