Cozy Oceanfront Condo w/ Pool & Beach Access!

Steps from the beach. Quiet, clean and in beautiful area.

The condo is located in a 2 star motel on the beach. Sideways facing view of the beach, but all balconies are connected, so you’ll either need to keep the blinds closed or everyone looks in while they walk past, especially after dark. Mostly the unit was clean, and the bathroom looks like it’s had some updates, but the rest of the unit certainly needs some updating. In addition to needing to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, you also need to bring your own towels, including a dish towel and there is also no sponge, so you would need to pack that as well if you are going to do the dishes, which is on the side of the fridge. We had to go buy extra toilet paper and a sponge since there was just a half roll when the 3 of us arrived. This motel is directly on the beach, so it as close as you can get, but I will say that it is relatively loud in terms of the hotel across the street, which hosts a lot of partiers, and people on either side of you in this unit, which woke us up through the night. That’s no fault of the condo owners, so I won’t fault anyone for that. Be aware there’s no oven or toaster oven, so cooking is either done in the microwave or electric stovetop, not great. Suggestions for this unit: supply linens As it makes vacationing much less stressful, Supply several rolls of toilet paper and paper towels & sponge, add a white noise machine, have a few chairs or umbrella, it’s something I’ve seen included in other places in the area. New ice tray also, as it leaks!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for my little family of three. We had a parking spot and were so.close to the beach. The property owners were very kind and communicated with us before and during our trip. I would stay here again!

Everything was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to cook! We made meatball sandwiches to serve throughout one day - using their crock pot!! Elaine was in contact with me whenever we needed to talk. Wish they had a mini rechargeable hand held vac vs just a broom. Location to the beach was perfect!!

Wow! This property was a gem! Elaine is a fantastic communicator. The property listing was very accurate. It was homey and cozy and perfect for 2 people. My mom and I enjoyed our time very much. The condo was so clean and when there was a slight issue with a bad lightbulb, they made sure it was fixed as soon as possible. Someone mentioned the noise from the pool across the street. It was noisy (but sounded like fun!) during the day but everything quieted down at night. Oh! Don’t miss out on the ice cream truck that stops by every night. I loved being away from the hubbub of the boardwalk but also close enough to drive there and enjoy it. I also appreciated the dedicated parking spot and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We didn’t use the pool at all but it looked nice! Thank you Elaine and Walt for sharing your place with us! I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean good communication and easy checkin. Just be aware property and pool is in shade which can get chilly if you plan on utilizing it. That said id gladly stay again!

Prime location! Perfect amount of space for small family. Easy check in and check out process. Easy to contact owner for any questions. The biggest downfall is having to bring your own linens. Overall, great stay!

The owner provided clear instructions for parking and check in, which made our arrival smooth. The unit was clean and well organized. Great ocean view and steps from the beach. We plan on returning next year!

Second floor condo with an elevator and hotel type luggage cart made check-in and out very easy. Also two sets of stairs brought you down very close to your vehicle. Nice patio to enjoy your money coffee. Kitchen nicely equipped and the remodeled bathroom is beautiful.

The host was awesome and promptly responsive when we had a slight issue with tv. I think it was more user error! Great room and beautiful views of beach! Lovely stay for me and my mom.

This property is absolutely perfect for a few nights at the beach. It’s super clean and very very easy to use as home base for beach days — the beach is right there! Love the little areas to sit around the property on the decks. We didn’t use the grills but saw others using them and they looked very nice. We used the pool and it was clean, well maintained and nice for a little dip. The staff at the property is diligent about making sure you belong there —checking the parking lot frequently, but they are super courteous and helpful too! I could go on and on but bottom line is you won’t be disappointed if you rent this condo.
