YOUR ACCOMODATIONS
You will have two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and another with two bunk beds as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit will fit 6 people very comfortably, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the equipment, utensils and gadgets you will need if you choose to stay in & cook. Towels & linens provided, as are complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.
SECURED ENTRY
This unit has first floor, secured smart lock enabled entry. On your arrival day, you will be sent a unique code to the access the home, ensuring you have the peace of mind that you (and ONLY you) will have access to the home during your stay.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 10am. If the schedule allows, we can be flexible & accommodate late check outs or early check ins (sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t but doesn’t hurt to ask!)
PARKING
There is parking for two vehicles, but if you bring two you must park your second car behind your first due to limited shared parking at the building.
ATTRACTIONS
Directly across the street within walking distance is one of the longest running landmarks of Northern New Hampshire – Storyland – a family favorite destination for over 65 years, plus the Living Shores Aquarium.
Within 10 to 15 minutes of this condo are a number of beautiful mountains in the White Mountain range – Black Mountain, Wildcat, Cranmore, Attitash just to name a few. These mountain resorts provide year-round fun for all ages with summer activities like mountain coasters, hiking & biking trails, and winter sports for skiers & snowboarders.
Just a few minutes’ drive down the road is the picturesque, quaint village of North Conway where you can ride the Scenic Railroad, shop at Zeb’s Country Store, or grab a bite to eat at so many delicious restaurant options. Or head a bit further south to Conway for discount shopping at the Settler’s Greens Outlets!

TRAVELING WITH KIDS
Our home is the perfect getaway for those traveling with kids of all ages!
* A wilderness themed dedicated kids room is equipped with two bunk beds (four mattresses).
* A portable high chair is included
* A pack and play, complete with an extra padded 3" crib mattress & clean sheets are also here
* A Chico umbrella stroller is available complimentary so you don't have to lug your own or pay silly rental fees for one at Storyland or Santa's Village!
* We always try to ensure we have plenty of coloring & activity books for our youngest guests!
THE COUNTRY CLUB
Situated on a par 3 executive 9-hole course, as a renter of a Charter Member you can play unlimited rounds of golf per day for only $10.
There is a restaurant & bar at the Country Club as well that is open seasonally.
The country club also has a pool, two tennis courts, and a playground which is available to renters for a small fee:
$20 per unit for one day access
$35 per unit for three days access
$55 per unit for a week access
Behind the club is direct access to the Ellis river so the kids can wade in the water & cool off on those hot summer days while mom & dad relax on the beach.
BONUSES & COMPLIMENTARY EXTRAS
• The condo is equipped with fast WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ accounts, and a DVD player.
• A work station is set up in one of the bedrooms so you can still get work done while vacationing for those important deadlines & conference calls.
• Playing cards & board game options are available for your enjoyment.
• Private washer & dryer are inside the unit – detergent, softener, and dryer sheets will be provided.
• Quiet, private back patio next to peaceful babbling brook, with charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal!)
• Complimentary right-handed men’s golf clubs are available with a driver, 3W, 5W, PW, SW, 3I-9I and putter. No need to lug along your own!
• A sled is stored in the outdoor closet for those renting in the winter months. Lots of great sledding hills all over the golf course during the winter.
• A Keurig K-Cup machine is available for morning coffee, as is an electric teapot/kettle
PETS
Unfortunately, renters’ pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations.
OTHER BASIC RULES TO BE AWARE OF:
• No smoking inside or within 50 feet of any building.
• This is a residential community so no loud parties.
