The condo is freshly painted and decorated with beach decor, sleeps five, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking.

The living area is comfortable with plenty of natural light and space to relax and watch tv on a comfortable sectional; cable and Internet are included! Walk right out to the screened in porch to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink, or walk to the community pool right outside the front door. The dining area seats six comfortably at the table and also has two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials, including a microwave and dishwasher.

The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, television, ceiling fan, master bathroom with a shower and tub, and also a closet. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, one of which is a trundle for additional sleeping area, closet, and access to bathroom. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have brand new bedding.

The Ocean Greens community has a pool and washer and dryer access. It is located on Cenith Drive, a quick walk or drive to the beach with plenty of public parking, shopping, and dining.
