The Space

Step inside and unwind in style. The main level features a comfortable living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. The primary king suite offers a spa-like ensuite bath and Smart TV, while the sofa sleeper in the living room adds flexible sleeping space for two more guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second bedroom with two twin beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo — ideal for friends or family looking for comfort and privacy.

Take advantage of the best of both worlds — resort amenities and private comfort. Relax in two year-round hot tubs, enjoy the heated outdoor pool open during summer months, or head to the clubhouse for a social spot to unwind. Two reserved parking spaces are right out front for easy access.

The free Park City shuttle stop is just a one-minute walk away, offering quick rides to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and Canyons Village. Or simply stroll — Main Street’s world-class dining, boutique shopping, and art galleries are just a 10-minute walk away.

Getting Around

Most guests find they can park the car and forget it! Two dedicated parking spaces are included, and the free shuttle makes exploring effortless. Whether you’re skiing, biking, or heading downtown, everything you need is right outside your door.

We are Park City locals who take pride in offering a boutique, high-touch experience. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re always nearby if you need anything — from restaurant recommendations to ski tips. We’ve hosted guests for over a decade with zero issues and a commitment to white-glove care and fast, friendly communication.

Other Things to Note

Please note that Park Avenue Peaks does not have A/C, which is typical in Park City’s mild mountain climate. We provide fans in each room, and the cool mountain air keeps things comfortable during warmer months.

The pool is open seasonally in summer, while the two hot tubs are open year-round for your enjoyment. Out of respect for our neighbors, no smoking, parties, or pets are permitted.

Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
