Cozy Maui Condo Near Kaanapali with Beach Park in Front of Complex! 2 Bedrooms!

While not on the water the park across from condo provided the perfect beach access. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets sitting on the beach.

When we first stumbled upon this cute place it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Kevin is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed. The condo is just perfect! Kitchen is fully stocked and contains everything one needs. Kevin provided beach amenities, which we used to enjoy the beautiful surrounding beaches. The bed is comfortable and bathroom are excellent. Location is incredible. Steps away from the beach, yummy coffee place, and in close proximity to Front Street! Kevin had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay! We will be back, Elizabeth

It’s was in a great location with a great price Kevin is great and helped us out with a rental car company lots of goodies with the stay like snorkel, chairs, beach stuff all around great will be coming back

The stay was awesome love the little beach across the street.

It is a great property with all the conveniences one would want with small children as well as adults. The distance to attractions and airport was great, everyone was friendly, stores nearby were awesome, and Kevin is the best property manager/owner I have ever dealt with. Can’t go wrong and it makes paradise that much sweeter to stay somewhere that has exactly what you need to enjoy yourself. No complaints.

Kevin was an amazing host! He was extra communicative along every step of the way. He made sure to feel like we were at home. Location was convenient to some nice cafes and the beach, and a 10 minute drive from Lahaina. Only thing to note is that the unit does not have central a/c. This was not a problem for us as the weather was relatively pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want no frills accommodations in a convenient location at reasonable rates. Kevin, the host, provided exceptionally clear and helpful communication. The location of this condo is ideal, not only in terms of traveling up and down the coast, but also being directly across the street from a really nice beach. The facility was comfortable other than the lack of air conditioning- I think it was unusually hot during my stay.

We are a family of four and was our first time in Maui. I was able to book this condo for a great price. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything we needed for our stay was there ( plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc). There was boogie boards, beach chairs, and surf board available for use. We didn’t get to use them cause my teenagers enjoyed the beach as it is. Kevin, the owner of the property was awesome. He was in touch with me all the time, after booking the rental place up to the end of our stay. He called me to check if everything was ok when we got to the condo. Kevin has been so helpful since day 1. I received emails from him regarding places to eat, best spot to go snorkeling even where we should be parking when we go to different beaches. He has a book on the book shelf titled Maui Revealed which i found very useful since it’s our first time in Maui. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a place to stay.
