Cozy-Luxe Colorado Condo Next to Base Village

Everything was great with check-in (electronic lock with code provided in advance), kitchen was well appointed with up to date appliances. A lot of light in the unit and an A location.

Clean and convenient - highly recommend!

Spent a winter weekend in Snowmass with my husband, sister and her husband. The place was perfectly situated, just beside lower base camp... a piece of cake to walk to get to the first lift of the day, and to zip home to on skis. The condo has a great kitchen (all you need to make meals if you would like), a washer and dryer, super helpful, and an AMAZING bathroom with heated floors and a steam shower.... The BEST!!The condo came with a community ski locker, sauna, pool (under renovation when we were there) and a very lovely hot tub.Easy trip to a well stocked grocery store (Clark's Market down the hill) and the upper village ½ mile up with lots of stores, restaurants and live music . Also, it is right on the free bus route in the village.The bed was a sufficient Queen (I prefer my own pillows, but made the best of it). My sister and her husband pushed the sectional sofa together the first night and topped them with the provided temperpedic toppers (x 2 singles), but the toppers were too hard for them, so the next night they just slept head to head on the regular cushions. It was not a problem. While there were 2 extra pillows and blankets, they were only single sized and only 1 set of single sheets were in the closet. I am certain if I had asked our host, we would have gotten something, but it really was not a big deal. Just recommending if you do have 4 people, please advise the host up front... He was Extremely helpful and responsive to any of my questions.I would definitely return!!

Terrific spot to ski Snowmass mountain. Right at the base village. Super convenient. Our only issue was that we brought my sister and her husband and while there was space to sleep there was only one set of single sheets and two single blankets, one rather light. The hot tub was nice, but the pool was under maintenance and not filled. Owner was super easy to reach and responded quickly to questions.

This property is fantastic. Bright, clean and very close to everything. Just a short walk over to the chairlift and Gondola that takes you to the upper village. Tickets, restaurants and shops are all 5 minutes away. At the end of the day you can ski right to the steps of Lichenhearth. The bed was comfortable and the heated floors were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Best ski trip vacay ever!! We’ve skied plenty of places but never snowmass and from day 1 the owners / host made this trip so incredibly easy. We had information whenever we needed anything. We could ski directly up to the condo remove skis and walk up stairs to our room. Hot tub was perfect. Heated floors warmed us up after a long day. Our host was so helpful when our flight had to change due to weather. I had to reach out several times before our trip and the host saved us each time.

Literally 2 min walk to the Snowmass lifts. If proximity is important to you, this is a good spot.

Convenient location - close to Snowmass Mall & both Village and Valley Bus Stops - nicely appointed and clean. Easy check in/& out. Highly recommend.
