Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Free high-speed wireless WiFi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in all bedrooms and the living room.



Street parking only and don't block mailboxes and driveways as HOA will issue a fine.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am.



To reach the property, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Palmer Security Gate. Cross Streets: Arnold Palmer



Please leave the garbage cans in the garage. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place the bins back into the garage. Please refrain from placing any trash bins or bags on the curb, as the association will fine us. If you have time, kindly strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries.



Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us a list of all the names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as the HOA considers it trespassing.



The gas grill uses natural gas. Please ensure that you turn off when they are not in use.

    This property was absolutely fabulous! Immediately upon entering the property, I felt peaceful, joyful and right at home. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and you have stunning views from both bedrooms and the living room and the kitchen dining area. The home is meticulously decorated in a way that is very cozy. My time at this property was one month, but I would’ve been happy moving in Permanently! Also, there were several days where we had visits from our local wildlife!

    We could not be happier with the communication with the property owner/manager. Super helpful and very quick to respond. The location of the property was really excellent! Great value for the price. The only reason for my sub 5-star ranking were some home maintenance and cleaning issues that I’ve already communicated with ownership. I’m sure they will be addressed.

    We were specifically looking for a unit with two king size beds, but when we arrived, we found it was one king and one queen instead of the two kings advertised. (They have since updated the listing so others should know what they are getting.) There was an issue with the king bed as it didn’t hold the air so the first four nights of our stay were uncomfortable. There is no garage opener for your car so prepare to open it manually on the outside garage wall each time. The kitchen was quite dated and the unit felt dark.
