Cozy Lake Louise Retreat | Jacuzzi + Fireplace

Toaster only toasts one side. There should be a couple of big bowls for food or munchies. There was no plug for the sink so very hard to wash dishes it would have been nice to know there was no pens pencils paper or any extra cups or utensils. We would have brought our own. We loved the cleaning service that was great

Our Condo was lovely. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. If we get back to Lake Louise I would definitely book this condo again.

The room itself was very clean but leavetown vacations posted different pictures than the actual ones. The entire post was inaccurate and we ended up leaving after one day and getting our money back.

Property listed to sleep 8 but not nearly enough space. Silverware and plates inadequate-really too crowded for 6 people.

Wonderful location!

The property is a great spot although wasn’t aware there is no air conditioning. When we first arrived it was very hot inside. After calling the front desk they sent a very nice maintenance man. He informed us the floors are heated and that they were not turned off right. He reset them and provided another fan. The pool and hot tub were far from our condo so we never used it. They do have an indoor gazebo area of evening entertainment with a sunken fire pit and bar. The live music was great!

We booked and stayed in a 2 br suite with friends and it was perfect. Our unit was fully updated with a modern look, had what we needed and beds were comfortable. The location is great for exploring the area.

Super convenient and very clean!

Location was nice. Had to air out unit due to curry smell, but smell went away. That was the only “issue” and was no reflection on the company. A little pricey, but you pay for location. All in all, this was a nice stay and the management of property was helpful with any questions.

Wonderful property. The food was outstanding. It was clean and very convenient to all of the places we were visiting. So glad we were out of the crowds of the more populated surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing not excellent was lack of cooking supplies ( oil for pans, scissors, foil, baggies) and glad we bright games from home! No cards or board games. Otherwise it was fantastic!

Property was beautiful, great views. Great location. Staff was amazing. Unit was properly equipped.

Lake Louise is very small, but this place is in the heart of it- you can walk to most of the restaurants and stores the town has to offer. The unit is located in an outbuilding of Lake Louise Inn, you have access to the property amenities. Overall a pleasant enough stay- not high end, but decently remodeled and serviceable. A few small nits- safe didn't work, no air con, but decent small kitchen, and two bed / two baths.

This was our second stay at the property. It was, as before, clean and comfortable. A nice benefit: because it is part of a hotel (the Lake Louise Inn), there was clean up service provided.

Room was as advertised - kitchen had coffee but nothing else which was okay. Restaurants being such a close walk was a nice surprise . Hosts were great. Only note is that we visited in ski season and the hot tub pool area was jammed. Would still be back given the location and value for the larger rooms!

We had a great stay at this property. We came to ski and were so close to the slopes. The property was a two bedroom and very spacious. We had everything that we needed inside the unit and enjoyed the pizza restaurant on site. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoy our vacation. The property is located in very nice place, comfortable beds, stuff is polite and responding quick.

Lake Louise Inn probably makes more sense for families with kids, but with four adult friends, our 2 bedroom suite felt cramped and basic. The tiny living room had a small sofa bed for seating. That's it. The rest of the space was consumed by a large glass dining table that could seat 6-8. Really makes no sense. The view, from every room in this building, is of the parking lot. On a positive note: the staff are informative and friendly, the shuttle service to Lake Louise convenient and easy to schedule and the food at the main restaurant was good. Our group had drinks together across the street at the Post Hotel & Spa and wished we had booked rooms there instead.

Well equipped and such a lovely place to stay in Lake Louise. Car park big enough to park RV. Staff great although poor knowledge of locality, ? New to job. Restaurant so good although portions massive so shared on second night!! Great free shuttle to ski resort to catch pre booked buses to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Book early/prior to visit. Would def return.

Property offered weekend entertainment in their gazebo nestled in the center of the property. Quick freeway access to Bancroft and Jasper Parks.
