I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Mooring. The property was clean and and location was close to everything we love about Sanibel. This was our first time staying on this property and we were pleasantly surprised. Each time we had an issue (with the TV) the maintenance people were quick to respond and set the TV up so that we could easily use it.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice except for extremely loud & forceful AC. It was disruptive enough at night to interfere with sleep so we asked it to be checked. Right over bedroom & bathroom. Overcharged for only 1 pool & laundry room.

Loved the fact it is in a botanical garden right on the beach. The condo was nicely furnished and the pictures were even accurate. The free beach umbrellas and chairs were a nice bonus.

The owner plans a kitchen remodel to make it even nicer. We can’t wait to check it out once it is done. The property is well maintained with nice amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. We didn’t have a beach view room but that didn’t matter since it was just a short walk to the beach which is great for shelling.
