Stayed Jun 23, 2025The actual condo was fine but the amenities were a little over promised. I know it is in the fine print, but being there 3 nights and having day plans to go out and explore, $150 fee on top of rental and cleaning fees, just to use pool or game room seemed excessive for us. Recommend the owner highlight the fee better up front in the posting for the property.

Stayed Oct 2, 2022We enjoyed ourselves. Nice big table to eat and play games. We gave a 3 because of a few things: burnt out lights, chipped paint, broken knobs, broken key box etc. Small things that once fixed will make a difference.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022This was the perfect spot for.our family of 5 to relax In the beautiful summer weather of Flagstaff. Our teenagers slept in the two twin beds in the loft and our 8 year old made a pallet on the floor. The balcony had a gorgeous sunrise view and the neighborhood was so quiet. We added on the country club fee and enjoyed the Bear Paw swimming pool and mini golf everyday. We a minor thing come up and Ryan was quick to address the problem . We would recommend this location!

Stayed Jun 10, 2022In Flagstaff for a club softball tournament. After a long day at the fields, coming back to the property was exactly what we were hoping for on this trip. The property was terrific; clean and comfortable interior, amazing location to everywhere we wanted to go, and relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful Flagstaff weather. Communication with Ryan was perfect, and he was easily the beat host we have ever worked with on a stay. We can't wait to come back up and stay here again.
