Stayed Jan 5, 2023Spacious and clean, located close to the resort. Unfortunately the wifi did not work the entire 3 days we were there even though I called it in on the first night.

Stayed Mar 13, 2022The condo was clean. There were no hot pads or towels in the kitchen. The knives for cutting in kitchen were horrible. The mattress in the master bedroom was very soft and sloped towards center.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Finding the Condo: google maps did a good job getting us close enough but finding the actual unit could be a little difficult. **the actual address numbers are located on the front door trim Facing inward and painted the same color as the door trim** you cant see it until your basically in the doorway, and good luck seeing that in the dark! Location from ski resorts: This condo is located about a 10 min drive(in a rental car) from vail and about a 20 min drive from Beaver creek. You can stay on the frontage roads for vail but you do need to hop on I-70 to reach beaver creek. We did not use the Public shuttle system but the bus stop is about a 5 min walk from the condo(keep in mind there would be multiple stops between here and the resort, I would think at least doubling the time frame to reach vail by taking the shuttle). I Dont think the shuttle go all the way to beaver creek but im not sure? Also a cool note.. most of the parking lots at vail (And I think Beaver creek too) had FREE parking for the 1st two hours. After 2 hours the price goes anywhere from $10 to $30 a day Condo itself: Overall we were happy with the Condo. It fit 3 adults quite well. six people might find it slightly cramped but it could work. The condo was cleaned well before we arrived. Nice sized kitchen area stocked with most utensils and appliances you would need (we couldn't find any pot holders or washcloths), dining, and living area had plenty of space too. The master bedroom is nicely sized as well with plenty of storage space. The master bathroom is adequate BUT actually quite small. the shower is very small. It was nice having A real Fireplace in the living room. The Guest bedroom Is clearly meant for children. The beds seemed even shorter than the average twin. An adult would likely not be comfortable in the Beds. The mattresses were average. I would suggest maybe upgrading the mattresses just because that could really be a big difference maker for any guest. but these matresses were okay **there is no Tv in the Guest bedroom** The view from the living/dining area out of the sliding door does have great mtn views but you also see the highway as well(we did NOT notice any highway noise from it). Some issues we experienced during our stay: 1st let me say, we tried reaching Vacasa on our second day of six. no one answered the phone so we left a message. We never got a call back. That was disappointing. we wanted to bring up these questions/ issues Cable/Internet: as far as cable tv goes, there wasnt any, there is xfinity streaming with apps in the living room and a roku in the master Bedroom. Someone else who stayed before us was still signed into some of these apps which I found a little troubling and ultimately I decided not to sign into any of my own accounts because of this. We couldnt even get basic local live tv channels **This may be a big issue for some** As far as internet goes, for two out of the six days of our stay the internet/cable was down for a lot of that time(Which also meant any tv apps were unavailable as well), I'd say it was down maybe about a day and half total? For us skiers, it wasnt much of an issue because our main concern was skiing but we had someone who stayed in for a day to try to get a little work done online and was unable to do so until real late in the day. This was probably our biggest complaint There wasn't nearly as much firewood as it showed in the photos. We only had enough for about two nights worth. also in the master bath, the toilet was loose/wobbly where it gets fastened at the floor So in summary, For me as a die hard skier I had a blast and cant wait to return to the mountains, the issues we experienced weren't a big deal. I'd like to think most of these issues could've been remedied had we been able to reach someone. For die hard skiers who's main priorities are skiing e...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fabulous stay in East Vail. Close to Vail Village, shopping, restaurants and beautiful Bighorn Park. Accommodations were great. Perfect for a family of four. My only recommendation would be to invest in a new Queen bed mattress. Also, the pool was complete and very nice and spacious.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my family of 5. The only issues we had was managing the hot water supply. Two people can shower and make it but it takes at least an hour to gain the hot water back. We also noticed that every dish we pulled out of the cabinets was dirty, like maybe the renters before us just rinsed them with out soap. I would also recommend to anyone staying here for a ski trip to leave your skis at the transit center where the shuttle drops you off. It cost like $7 a day but would be well worth it. We realized this our last day. I also think it is important for renters to know that there is only one small outdoor hot tub for all of Timber Falls and it is quite a walk from this condo. The fire place and abundance of wood was awesome to relax around each night. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the ski conditions were amazing.
