Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Moorings is a nice resort with beautiful gardens, friendly staff and nice amenities. That said, we were very very disappointed in unit #1412. The HVAC system rattles when it is running and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. The shower head dripped though maintenance did fix that. The worst problem was the filthy stained carpet. Gross! Emailed gen mgr but never heard back from her.

We really enjoyed where Sanibel Moorings was located and how close it was to the beach. The people that greeted us were also very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back.

In general our room was nice, but it had a few things I would encourage the owner to update. 1) Carpet was stained and while very high quality had an appearance of being dingy. 2) Cabinets in the kitchen were peeling. The veneer was not holding up maybe in the climate to adhere to the cabinet wrap or whatever the material was used to cover. 3) The sound of the AC unit was loud in the bedroom - I believe the unit was right above the Bedroom and made a noise when it ran. I know those are critical elements but I believe would make the experience better.

This place has a lot to offer, from the botanical garden that weaves it’s way throughout the property to the dockside pool and of course the beach. This property has it all! We loved the colorful and artistic decor of our condo. The condo was very clean except the carpet that was very stained and a chair that needed cleaning, everything else was functional and met our needs. Over all, the property is managed well and the staff was very informative and helpful. They. Answered all of our questions and made us feel very much at home.

For a short easy get away, this condo had it all and was very clean and in a great location.
