Property was easily accessed and well equiped.

Property was very clean. Manager switched us to a larger unit. Unit was very nice. Needs a little updating but it looked like they were possibly doing so. The view and beach access were amazing.

Yes, host was very welcoming -- good communication with me!

Natalie was great!!! Condo was awesome! Clean and new! I recommend having a table and chairs by the unit and a grill. Also we saw docks, can you rent those too if we rent a boat and could tie up?? Great stay, beach was beautiful!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was so cozy, very clean, and had everything we could have hoped for. The parking was great and made things super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely stay here again for sure!

The property was clean, very well-stocked with necessities and even some extras, and close to the beach (just across the street). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Property managers were responsive and pleasant to deal with, too.

The property was clean & check in/out process was easy. We were disappointed that it wasnt on the beach so it didn't have a beach view but it was very close.

One of the highlights was watching the breathtaking sunsets each evening. The vibrant colors painting the sky as the sun dipped below the horizon were truly a sight to behold—a perfect way to end each day.Another major advantage of this location is the variety of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Whether we were in the mood for fresh seafood, casual dining, or a cozy café, there was something for everyone. We especially loved trying out the local eateries and experiencing the flavors of the area; each meal was a delightful adventure!The property itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always available to offer recommendations for activities and dining.Overall, our stay at Nokomis Beach was a wonderful experience. We left feeling rejuvenated and with beautiful memories of the sunsets and delicious meals. We can't wait to return and enjoy this little slice of paradise again!

My husband and I love staying at this resort, 1st time staying in this condo . This condo was ok for 3 days but would have preferred one of the others. Very small but clean, tv in bedroom did not work and hot water didn’t even make 1 shower without running out. So many updates since our November trip, outside of resort looks beautiful, beach and water was also back and looking beautiful. It was a cool 3 days but we still had a wonderful time. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Fun place for a couple to spend a week or more. Beach is a one minute walk away and we enjoyed. The cottage was spotless. There were plenty of nearby great restaurants: Mama Leones, Pinchers, etc.. Just a great place.

The cozy cottage worked great for my family of 3. Only gripe was the floor was in need of a deep clean.
