Cozy Condo with Gulf Peek – Steps from the Beach & Across from JW Marriott!

Great location.

Nice place, clean and convenient

My husband and I had a great time relaxing at Lisa's condo, San Marco Residences property. The apartment was very clean, equipped with all amenities necessary to enjoy our stay, nicely decorated and very inviting. Check in was very easy. Designated free parking spot comes with the booking and is great for marco island. You can not beat the beach front location, beach is across the street from the condo, and having chairs, umbrella and towels available made it so simply. We enjoyed great restaurants nearby and beautiful sunset from the balcony. Lisa, the host was so helpful and kind and always available. 5 stars Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo and to relax in a such an amazing place. We will definitely came back. I liked the location and the views of high-end properties across the street however this property was dirty. Rugs haven't been washed for weeks atleast. Cupboards were full of opened food. Blankets sheets and towels were soiled, stained and floors were in need of mopping and I was chewed up by bugs on backs of my legs. Disgusting!

Property very well kept up and had all the items indicated in the description, beach access was very easy and 15 min walking distance to restaurants, so that was nice.

Cozy apartment, definitely conveniently located as it’s a short walk to the beach across the Main Street. It was great to have a spacious kitchen with silverware, appliances and cookware since we were traveling with our 4 month old baby and needed to wash baby bottles often. The bedroom was cozy however we noticed the AC was a lot colder in the bedroom than in the rest of the apartment. The pullout sofa bed didn’t lay flat once opened it was kind of on a slant. The bathroom was spacious enough but the bathtub was pretty small and dimly lit once you pulled the curtain shut. It was nice that the owners left beach chairs, an umbrella and towels since that meant we didn’t have to bring our own. Overall this was a good place for a short stay if you are a small family.

The host was available as promised. What a wonderful condo, perfect location and perfect size. Fully stocked with everything you need. Literally steps away from the beach and restaurants/shopping.

Fantastic property. Comes with everything that a family could need for the beach. Perfect location. The bed is very comfortable as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet beach vacation.

We loved the property & location. Perfect for 2 people. Loved the heated pool. Was never crowded. Often, we had it to ourselves. Was convenient to stores, restaurants, & beach!

Our family stayed at this lovely and well-equipped condo for 10 days over the holiday break. We had a great time and found the home to be clean, well organized, and offer everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was excellent because we had the beach access right across the street. We also had a view of the water. There is no doubt that we would stay here again.

Fully-stocked condo located right across the street from the public beach entrance AND is only a short walk to the JW Marriott if attending conferences. Highly recommend.

The property was very nice and the host was outstanding. This is a great location for beach access and the condo had a nice pool area. The condo is best suited for a couple sleeping in the same bed.

Condo and location was amazing. Everything you need for living and going to the beach available in Condo. Easy access to beach shops restaurants. Everyone on Marco Island was friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend ??
