Cozy Condo w/ Gulf View, Bird Watching + Telescope

Love, love, love this condo and location!! Scott goes above and beyond to address even the most trivial issues! Have made several good friends on the pickleball courts and activities in clubhouse are winners! Yes, I won a game of bingo!! wink, wink. So many great restaurants in Hudson and nearby New Port Ritchie.

Accommodations were excellent. Had some communication issues but over all great.

Everything was perfect!! The host texted me with all the information I needed as well as some great restaurants! The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful! Even saw some dolphins! Would definitely stay again!

We love staying here. It's nice and relaxing. We enjoy the pool and pickle ball courts. They provide you with paddles and balls. They have absolutely everything you need supplied for you. Our flight came in early and they were able to accommodate us. Any questions that we had were answered immediately. It's right by Sam's Beach Bar right on the water. Believe me, the food is so good!

We enjoyed this well laid out cozy condo. We loved to sit on the balcony for sunset over the water! Nice workout rooms and pool area.

My family stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great condo, very clean and we loved how things were labeled to help us find and utilize the property. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We also enjoyed the game room and the temperature controlled pool. Great place!

We love staying at this condo area. The whole place is very clean and very quiet. This particular condo was nice because it had a washer and dryer. All the appliances were new & plenty of extra pillows and towels.

The view was great and the property was very nice. It was a short stay unfortunately but loved it. The check in was a little confusing at first but that was fine. The only issue was when Shar, caretaker of property, walked into the condo without anyone allowing her to come in and she walked in with her dog. Nice lady but that felt a little inappropriate. Other than that no issue

It's just as beautiful as the pictures and the view even more so! This is one of the best and cleanest condos I have ever stayed at. Communication was great. If there is something specific you need, I recommend that you ask before the trip and I'm sure Scott will do what he can to accommodate you. The views of the sunset from the balcony were incredible. I saw 3 dolphins swimming in the lagoon the first evening. Access to the lagoon is on floor 1 (the ground level is Parking). You can walk around to the opposite side on the little nature trail. Currently the bridge is gone I think because of the hurricane, so I couldn't walk the whole trail. The trees are full of nesting cormorants and there was also a Great Blue Heron. If you like birding, this place is for you! Lots of gulls, ducks, pelicans. Little White Egret, Great White Egret, White Ibis, etc. Note that parking is outside and not in a garage and there is a little bit of a walk to the door. If someone has mobility issues, they can be dropped off inside the garage by the little lobby entrance to get to the elevators. The condo is a couple doors down from the elevator, so a pretty short walk. The only negative is driving time. If everything you are doing is in Tampa, I would not recommend staying here. Traffic is terrible. It takes 70-90 minutes. You will be in the car about 3 hours per day. I also went to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs, so it was worth staying here for me since they are an hour north

This was a short stay. We've stayed some of these condos before. This one was nice and clean. Happy to stay here again.

Would've had 5 stars but we had several bumps upon arrival with housekeeping. However, photos were sent and good communication with owner should have all rectified for the next guests!Excellent sunsets, you will not be disappointed. Very nice pool!Quiet, secure location. We appreciate staying in this area when visiting family.

Surrounded by water, very clean and comfortable unit! Scott was quick to answer all questions and concerns. Mother Nature was only let down. Look forward to returning next year!!
