Cozy Condo Located in the Heart of Kihei

This is a nice place to stay I liked that it was not so big that the pool was never that crowded. The street between the place and the water was a little loud. The view was great no one to block your views. My granddaughter didn't want to leave and I didn't blame her. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and nicely appointed apartment if slightly dated. Nice touches like beach towels, chairs and kids beach toys. A/C was nice to have but with windows open the breeze was perfect to stay cool without the A/C noise. Would stay here again.

We arrived to the condo close to 10pm.. I did have the door code, but was a little confused where to go. I parked and walked inside to the first building looking at the apartment numbers but didn’t see mine... there was no real sign to say “Property Map Here”; the map I found was confusing... to read as I still didn’t see my room number. I tried to look on the website for Maui Vista and there was no map posted there! So I walked out and went up to the second building... and was still confused looking at the “maps...” so I got in the elevator and went up to the second floor. Walked down one wing, it was the wrong wing... started back at the elevator, went to the side and behind and was still confused.. The property needs better and clearer signage/directions... one more gripe... we are asked to take out the garbage... I did that... however, I had to walk the whole property up and down looking for the garbage disposal.. in the morning I saw the dump truck so I went in that direction and didn’t see a trash bin... walked out to the driveway looked up and saw three at the top; headed there to see that it was only for yard waste.. I turned around and headed back down to building one... walked in and looked around again... and then I see a small sign that says “trash room”.... I was finally able to dump it... at least I got a good workout.... I got back to my building and again looked for a sign that said “Trash Room” and then I saw it... hanging above in entryway to the side wing... again... the property needs better signage.. THE ROOM: the room was great!! No complaints. It was clean and cozy and it felt like home! The wi-fi worked great.. and I was able to do some work! One suggestion would be to install grab bars in the shower... however it was big enough for me to be in it with my 88y/o mom to help her bathe, yet it was worrisome for us to not have anything she could hold on to. I love the fact that we were welcomed to use the amenities, we used the cooler for water! Except for my finding the room and the garbage room.. it was a very enjoyable experience! 2220 is definitely staying on my list of places to stay when on Maui!! I look forward to staying in that unit again!!!

Our room was comfortable and clean, well appointed. Great location, close to everything.

The condo is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen, bathroom, and closets were thoughtfully stocked and organized well with everything you could need. The complex is conveniently located across the street from beach access to a great beach. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. We would stay in this unit again!

Pools are small and not very convenient. But property is well maintained
