With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a balcony and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar.



The condo is located on the Milwaukee Trail, a link in Missoula’s bike trail system connecting the Westside of town to the East. Also near Mountain Line Bus routes, where everyone rides for free!

Trail Street is a dead end, so once you've turned onto it you'll be heading west. Towards the end of the street you'll see the condominium complex with several rustic looking condos and townhomes on both sides of the street.

Your unit is in the first building on the right, 1916 Trail Street. Pull into the parking lot just before the building. The parking spaces are the first spaces right in front of the building. Park in the spot second from the right. Then you are going to want to walk to the right of the building where the stairs are, go up the stairs and your unit is the one on the left.

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.

Pets: This is a pet friendly property, however, there is a 2 dog limit.

    In all the places we have ever stayed, there would be a notebook inside with information about various aspects of the property such a WiFi / tv/ safety, etc. we didn’t know until the third day that you had to exit the property and then put in your code. We couldn’t get the dish washer to come on and the only AC was a window unit in the bedroom.

    Perfect location within walkable distance to downtown and local restaurants and grocery store via multiple rails to trails and sidewalk systems. Manager was very responsive and prompt with any questions and installed a window AC when an early heat wave came during our stay.

    A great condo, in a fantastic location. The condo was very clean, quiet and had all the necessities. The proximity to downtown and the Milwaukee trail was excellent. I travel everywhere with my 2 labs and so appreciate that there was no restrictions on types of dogs/weight. The host was very responsive to messages. Will definitely stay there again!

    Would stay again. Hosts are responsive. We needed more towels, and they were there within a couple hours, when we told them no rush. Three adults were a little cramped in this one bedroom. My own fault for being cheep. Best part, they welcomed our dogs!

    My wife and I visit our son in Missoula often, and always with our dog Hazel in tow. This trip was last minute and we lucked into this property. It was perfect, and now it’s going to be our go to. The location was great, easy access to downtown and nearby grocery. The place was spotless and comfortable. I can’t say enough.
