Cozy condo in perfect location!

We loved this condo and hope to rent again next year. It's at the end of the 4 o'clock run so you can ski home for lunch and at the end of the day. It's also a short walk to main street and is right next to the bus stop. The condo was very clean, had nice relaxing furniture, updated bathrooms, and a great fireplace.

The condo was as described, except the hot tubs were not available because of maintenance, which supposedly the owners knew

Great location, so close to Main Street. The condo was very clean, had modern/updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved the reclining couches/loveseat. Host communicated all instructions well. We can’t wait to go back!

Great condo! Very clean. We stayed last weekend. The river is right below the front door. There are alot of kitchen items to use for cooking. The proximity to Main street is great! The owners are very kind and responsive.

Looked just like the photos, super convenient location, and clean. Easy check in and out. Parking garage was a little tight, so glad we had a small car. I would stay here again.

You can literally ski up to the bottom of the stairs of the unit. The bus stop for the free bus to all the lifts is right outside the condos. We walked to multiple restaurants & the Christy Sports where we rented our gear is literally across the street. On our first full day, we saw a Moose spend 10 minutes eating from the bushes right outside our unit - incredible!

The location was very convenient. However, we were disappointed in the following:There was visible dust on many of the horizontal surfaces. The desk had a film of a greasy substance, and so did the boxes of jigsaw puzzles.The outdoor light in front of our unit was out, making it difficult to see when entering and exiting the unit. The beds were not that comfortable. The makeshift closet in one of the bedrooms was unusable due to safety concerns. There were several flammable items (paper, wood, cloth, etc.) on top of and next to the water heater, so we moved those.

This property was amazing, there was a ski run the led right up to the stairs of the condo. To get up the mountain you either have to walk to the gondola or there is a bus stop right in front that will take you, but very ski in ski out like. Very walkable to the village, and all the fun things breck has to offer. Jodi was very responsive and communicated check in effectively. I would stay here everytime if i could great spot.

We come to Colorado every year for a ski trip and this was our best place yet. The place is super nice and clean. We loved the ski in and out option as all of our party skis at different levels. Super close to the downtown shops too.

Wonderful stay. Very helpful hosts, clean and spacious condo, all in a very convenient location. Very short walk to town. Bus stop at condo entrance and ski back on Four O’clock run at end of day to your door! Comfortable bedrooms and living space with nice fireplace.Only (minor) issue is there is some noise from the condo above you, although was not significant.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was everything as described and more! Clean, Cozy, Comfortable,- we loved the view of the brook outside of the condo! And the location for walking and hiking was so perfect. We would highly recommend- we hope to stay here again in the future!

This was our fifth time staying at SawMill and handsdown this is our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, worked, and comfortable.

The unit was exactly as described/pictured. Very spacious, and the living room furniture was so comfortable. Could not have asked for a better location, easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Breck. The unit itself is conveniently located right by the steps and close to parking, but never had any issues with noise. The mattresses were quite firm, which is not my preference, but for others I'm sure they're fine. I'm a hot sleeper and live somewhere with hot summers, so I was really anxious about going somewhere without air conditioning, but I was needlessly worried. Breck cools off beautifully at night and the room was perfectly comfortable.

Made many day trips... All were good days
