Cozy condo in Oro Valley w/swimming, biking, hiking and golf courses nearby!

This was just right for us . A great walking path right in front of property and very close to our son's house . We would like to stay here again.

This was a nice convenient and comfortable place to land while relocating mom and her dog. Love that they allowed pets and it was quiet and clean with access to the nature preserve and trails to walk. The management team was super responsive as we had to extend our stay a couple of times.

No access code provided. Lock on door had been de programmed. Numerous lock boxes none of which had a key for the front door. Garage door opener was broken. Jonathon fixed the door lock and got a new garage door opener. Ina, not sure what furniture is new. Certainly not the sofas or tables or beds. TV maybe. Owner has chosen not to purchase HD package from cable company so picture on TV was bad. False advertising to say new furnishings. Couches are shot.

My wife and I just spent eight days in 113C. It has been updated and is very nice and in a quiet spot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and most items that you need for preparing meals. It was clean and is in a great location to access the many attractions of Oro Valley and Tucson. It is close to hiking and the bike paths. We enjoyed the patio that faces an open space area that is loaded with birds and has a nice hiking path. We especially liked watching hummingbirds come and go from the feeder up above.

Very comfortable unit and good location. Enjoyed walking paths in area. Would be helpful to have a resource notebook with info about pool location, fitness center, trash pic-up days, guest parking, etc.

Great location, clean and well appointed! Interior garage door sticks a little .

Internet and AC worked well. Staff were courteous and responsive. Condo needs work. Stove burner and microwave not working Sheet used as a bedspread. Springs felt on bed and was very uncomfortable Basic cable did not include movie channels or paramount for Yellowstone premiere. Noisy upstairs neighbors and no soundproofing of water pipes. No dvds we’re available to watch. Couch cushions were worn. Pool not located directly in this community setting as advertised. Walls need touch up and repainting.

We have been to Tucson before to visit my husbands dad and find it hard to find a place that takes dogs that isn’t on the freeway. Everything about this was perfect! The quiet setting, brand new everything inside and a lovely patio looking out at the beautiful setting. Having a dog I loved that there was an easy way out to the backyard. We wish we had discovered this years ago! It is very close to where my husbands father lives. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood. Thanks for allowing dogs!

Loved all the windows and light of the end unit. Very private. No through traffic because it is in a small cul-de-sac..Great wildlife viewing. Great biking, running, and walking area. Kitchen well equipped. It just needs dishcloths, new pot holders, and more dish towels. Loved it.
