Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Stayed Jun 22, 2023We loved everything about this condo. The location was perfect for all the hiking we had planned. Nothing beats the views you have all around you. The room was the perfect size for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The room was nice and clean. The owner was a little delayed in responding to messages. The internet says it disconnects at 11 am on the checkout day; however it does not. The internet shut off before we woke up the morning of checking out. We were waiting to see what news was on but we were unable to access any kind of news or internet connection until after we got out of the building on our way home. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for my daughter’s wedding.
