Cozy Condo for 6 with wooded back patio & grill. 1 mile to town square.

The main shop area was only like 5 minutes away. The condo was super clean and made feel at home. The kitchen and bathroom have everything I needed. I definitely going back

It felt like I was home away from my real home! It was extremely comfortable and close to the main town street, which made it convenient for shopping, dining, and enjoying all the local town things to do!

The host was amazing, we had an issue and she fixed it immediately. The view was so nice we were able to see deer walking around.

Perfect for what we were needing. Close to town, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and clean! Would d definitely recommend.

SUPER easy check in and out process, full amenities (2 full bathrooms, 2 full bedrooms, cute trundle on the upstairs landing, full kitchen with all appliances working), comfiest couch and chair for indoor lounging, great WiFi connection, cute back porch with access to lovely lawn area, super easy to find and convenient distance from local sites!

Had a great time at this property. The gas grill was excellent for salmon and steak.

Rental was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities for our family to feel at home. Host was amazing to work with and accommodating. Stayed one night on a cross-country trip and would have loved to stay longer.

This was a comfortable stay. The condo was decorated nicely and everything worked as it should. It was a pretty location and quiet as well. Lack of AC was a bit of a downside but it cooled off as the week went on. We experienced a family tragedy during the stay and the comfort of the condo meant even more.

We brought our two grandchildren for a quick 24 hour stay. They loved the condo and the area. We have stayed there several times and will certainly return.

Although we weren’t able to complete our stay due to a family emergency, Liz was an incredibly kind and responsive host throughout. Her communication was prompt, thoughtful, and genuine, which speaks volumes about how she treats her guests. I really appreciated her professionalism and compassion during a tough time. I’d absolutely book with her again in the future.

It was a bit of a steep drive getting up to CloudCroft, and had only a one night stay. It was a good spot, though we do wish that they listed no a/c. Thankfully there were plenty of fans, but just would've wanted to know before we got there.

I have never stayed in anything other than a hotel so this is my first VRBO rental. The place exceeded my expectations. It was cozy, clean, relaxing, and I will definitely return to this property again.

What a wonderful place to stay!! It was not only convenient, but cute, clean, stylish and very comfortable. Well appointed with very nice amenities. The area in back that opens up into the woods was a great bonus. We are all birders and that area had some of the best views of not only great birds, but all kinds of wildlife. The night sky at that elevation is amazing. The host communicated well and was very easy to get ahold of - even though we had no issues at all. All three of us can highly recommend this place if you want to go near the top of the world to a laid back small town in an awesome area. Thank you!

The unit was larger than expected and nicely furnished. The view out the back was nice, with deer wandering by often. Everything you could possibly want during a stay were available in the closets and drawers...even a sled for White Sands NP. Wish we could have stayed more than one night, but it was very enjoyable! Thank you.

We had a great overnight stay in Cloudcroft. Snow in early April. The condo has everything that you need to feel right at home. Very convenient to the nice downtown area and local restaurants, within a mile. Several deer on the property at night. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and great space for a family. Cloudcraft is such a nice community! Wish we could've stayed longer!

The place was great, nicely appointed. The host communicated promptly when I had questions.The condo is very comfortable and nice furnished.I'd definitely stay here again!The only drawback is if you need to use 4 beds. The fourth bed is a trundle bed, and when it is pulled out there is *no* space between the walls, the regular bed, and the trundle bed. To get into the regular twin bed you have to step on the trundle bed.

The weather was bad for our stay but the home was cozy and convenient to cloudcroft. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful property. We were here for 4 nights and loved everything about it. Did not need to communicate with the host much, but when I did her response was very fast. We enjoyed everything, and it was as advertised.

We had a beautiful stay in this house. We had everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner, the comforts oh home and the most beautiful view. We can’t wait to go back for another trip!

Exactly as advertised. The area was quiet and clean. Of course, being greeted by snow on the ground and a crew of neighborhood deer as we stepped out of our vehicle was icing on the proverbial cake. We loved the town, specifically Cloudcroft Brewing for the pizza ( soooo good) and Burro Street bakery for the morning pastries. Yummmm

We all had a great time and loved the property. My only complaint was the reservation process. I intended to book 2 days 10/21 and 10/22 with check out on Wednesday 10/23. Turns out I just reserved 1day 1021. The reservation process was confusing to me. Luckily we were able to reserve that one extra day. Other than that it was a great stay v

Lovely and spacious upstairs and downstairs with two beds and two baths. The owner was available and exceedingly helpful at all times. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our White Sands visit. Had a deer hanging out in the back yard in the morning which was nice.
