Warm and cozy condo located approx 3/4mi from the Village (towns main hub for restaurants and night life). It's approx a 1hr drive from Mammoth to the EAST Entrance to Yosemite. Tioga Pass Entrance. (check conditions). It's approx another 1.5hr drive through very scenic Yosemite to reach the valley (Half Dome, El Cap, etc.).

620 sq ft Studio Loft condo. 1 bathroom located upstairs. Upstairs Queen bed, downstairs queen size sofa bed.
Our condo is small, it is absolutely ideal fora couple or couple with small kids, but IT CAN BE TIGHT FOR 4 GROWN ADULTS. Some don't seem to mind.

This a non smoking unit.

We are strict about over occupancy. It can/will result in loss of security deposit.

We have security cameras located outside that monitor our parking lot and entryway.

At our condo we offer WiFi for those who need it for work, recreation or maybe netflix (we use it for all). Both flat screen smart t.v's have streaming available for Netflix etc. Downstairs has cable, Upstairs t.v. is streaming only.

Upstairs loft has a queen size bed, separate bath, walk in shower, blow dryer, bath towels, and is stocked with non-personal toiletries. Linens and towels are washed and prepared by our own private service (most use mammoth laundromat). Linens are laundered/ironed and hopefully provide a clean, nice nights sleep.

The downstairs has a cozy couch/pull out sleeper, fireplace and stocked firewood, flat screen HDTV , Wi-Fi. Vaulted ceilings and south facing dual pane windows that let the light in all day (if you like).

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, auto-timer coffee maker and a crock pot for slow cooking while you are out-- hiking/fishing/skiing! There is a full size table that seats 4.

We pride ourselves in offering a clean, well-organized and clutter free unit. We know from experience there is nothing worse than booking a place for a nice restful vacation, driving for hours, only to be welcomed by a less then clean condo.

A couple of aspects about this location we found so appealing were first, it is quiet and peaceful, and second, the convenient parking/unloading/loading. Two parking spots are reserved for you just outside the door. After a long day you will NOT have to search for parking and trudge-- with your gear-- across the lot, up stairs, down a corridor, etc. It's nice to be able to back right up to the front door. We do have a security camera outside to monitor parking lot.

We are only 1/2 mile from the popular Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's Village. We are also just down the street from the city's free shuttle system and paved bike trails (with miles of riding/walking/running).

Last but not least, let's not forget the jacuzzi--there are plenty of over sized spa towels in the unit so you have to get over to the hot tub!

Please note: We charge for a basic cleaning (change sheets, linens, vacuum, etc.) Cleaning does not cover excessive mess...I.E. food and stains. Overly messy oven, microwave mess or stained linens, carpets...etc. will be charged for accordingly.

**WINTER ONLY**
Winter parking can be an issue due to snow storage. One car highly recommended. You may need to dig out your car. We have a snow shovel in the closet. Our snow removal company comes as required and as quickly as they can (weather dependent). Always watch for snow removal equipment in the parking lot.

    This was our first visit to the Eastern Sierras and the mountains, rivers and creeks and fall colors were amazing! The condo was perfectly situated too see everything north and south of Mammoth Lakes along 395.

    Clean, cozy place, ideal for a couple. Close to Canyon lodge. Owner answered a few questions we had promptly and was friendly. There were helpful labels around the condo on light switches, etc. to make it easy for the guest. Highly recommended!

    We not only enjoyed our little condo, the quiet neighborhood and use of hot tub. We found owners friendly and responsive...the condo is set up for ease of use! This housing was the highlight of our 3wks of travel!

    The condo is cozy. Very close to Canyon Lodge Ski, about 1-2 minutes drive. It is a very private area with friendly neighbors. We had a great experience staying there. The kitchen is too small with old appliances. The shower is way way too tiny. I could not shower comfortably because it just have enough space to stand and cannot move around. I would give it a 4 stars if there was no dog hair on the carpet. Lots of dog hair all over the carpet and couch. I had to vacuum several times to removed the hairs. I rented the place because the owner said not pet. Overall, it is a cute and small condominium for a small family of 4. If you don’t mind the tiny shower and love the location; this is the place for you.

    We spent 5 days in Ed and Janette's place.It is a well maintain place, was very clean, welcoming and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. Convenient, quite location, easy and fast access to anywhere in or near Mammoth Lakes.It was perfect for the two of us.
