Cozy condo and Convenient location! Nice and comfortable 1bed/1bath.

Not a bad option, great for it's location to the snowflake chair and the 4 o'clock run. The carpet throughout is weird, but it was very clean. However the lamps, bathroom fan, pictures, etc could have used a good dusting. So many hooks in the front entrance, which is perfect for drying your ski clothes. The bathroom fan doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. Not a ton of cooking tools in the kitchen, but a full size fridge is great. You have to walk 8ish min to the hot tub, which is in desperate need of cleaning/fixing/updating, but I still went after long and hard days on the mountain. You just don't want to take off your shoes. The shower in the rental leaves much to be desired, but the showerhead is new and it's better than camping. Even if the shower head is only 5ft tall. The mattress and sheets/blankets desperately need to be replaced, or even a mattress topper would go a long way. Pillows are horrible, bring your own if you can. All in all it's great is you don't plan on spending a ton of time there, and if you can sleep on any surface/used to camping.

This place is perfect for 2-3 people. My husband and I stayed with our 13 year old son and felt that it was the perfect size. It was a VERY short walk to the Snowflake lift. Once finished for the day, we would take the 4 O'clock run down with only a few steps to the door of the place. The hot tub and pool were easy to get to and had plenty of parking. You can also cut through the pretty woods and walk there. It was a short walk to the town. Once you walk down to the town, you are centrally located to everything. Some people mention that the place is outdated. I felt that it had interesting outdoor decor and I liked the outdated part of it. The only part I didn't like was the carpet in the bathroom. As a germaphobic nurse, this grossed me out. Finally, the balcony was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning with beautiful views! In the evening, enjoy a beer next to the fire. You can't go wrong with this place:)

Decent skiing

Well maintained and equipped with sunny outlook. Great access - to Snowflake lift, town and ski in from Four OClock run

Great location for skiing in Breck. Ski-in and about 150 yard walk to snowflake lift. Washer and Dryer is not in-unit and requires quarters. Unit is somewhat dated, but wonderful and convenient for skiing and visiting town.

We’ll appointed apartment just a couple of hundred yards from the Snowflake lift and a true ski in location. The plumbing suffered a few problems while we were there and the people in the apartments above and below were extremely noisy. We thought at one point there was a herd of elephants above us a few nights.

If you are renting this place to ski you will be pleased. Walk to lift is short and its truly ski in. Yes, I guess it needs updating but we did not spend much time in the condo, the skiing was outstanding the week we had it. If you plan on hanging around the place chilling and making fancy meals it may not be for you but if you are up and on the slopes early and back at the end of the day you should be happy with the place.

Ski in for sure. Walk to ski lift very close or take bus wherever, bus stop a few steps away. We went to Hot Tub once because it was not on property and farther away than we wanted to walk. Stay was great and we had 0 problems. As others have noted needs updating but this did not bother us at all. The sofa sleeper needs a thicker mattress. We used blankets to make it comfortable as you can feel the frame through the mattress. Other than that, this is a great location as walking to Main Street is only an 8 minute walk through beautiful Breck!!!

Bathroom is stuck in 1972 , toilet seat with a carpeted bathroom with what ever the previous guest driped on it . The tub kept backing up when the above unit showered , hot tub located in another location . going on ski vacations for 25 years this was the worst property that I stayed at .
