    We got this place to be a mid point between the slopes and main street and it did not disappoint. It was just a stones throw from either and with a private hot tub, this spot just can’t be beat for the price.

    The location couldn't have been better for the cost. The private balcony and hot tub had a great view. The hot tub was clean, the fire was nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights. Private parking was convenient. Cleanliness was so-so. It can be hard to remove all the sand carried in from outside and sometimes previous guests may not put away clean dishes, but the floors were dirtier than I would have liked and the high ceiling fans, one being above the bed, are caked in decades of black dirt and dust. Despite this, I would give the condo 5/5 if it weren't for the master bed. Our rating is 4/5 because the bed is awful. It is the only thing keeping us from staying here again when we return this summer and hopefully this fall, which makes me so sad because the location and private balcony and hot tub are hard to come by. We can't figure out if there was a giant body divot (or divots) they tried to hide with a big feather topper or if everything about the bed was so soft and saggy, it was unsleepable. Whatever the issue, we had to sleep in the twin beds downstairs. That still wasn't great because the only pillows with support in the entire condo are the decorative pillows, which I did not want to put my face on. The other pillows are basically a handful of feathers. I had to make a pillow out of clothes. We left after 3 nights painfully exhausted. Please get a new bed and REAL pillows! We want to return!

    Location great, close to shops, restaurants and bus stops, heated underground garage was a huge plus! No furnance - the heating was only through the heated floors - main floor bedroom with two twin beds was very cold. I plugged in one of their supplied space heaters and it immediately shorted out and sparks went everywhere. The cord appeared to be cut, though it may have been that old. Regardless these weren’t inspected regularly. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies but dishwasher was not secured and moved every time I opened or closed it. Could not figure out the myriad of light switches even though they were labeled, incorrectly. Also the bedroom TVs did not work properly, thankfully we brought DVDs for the kids. The mattresses were nice and firm but the sheets were like sand paper. I understand the need for contactless checkin during Covid but having to complete paperwork in sub freezing cold is ridiculous. We expected a bit more for our money.

    Our family stayed here for a week. 3 skiers and one non skier. Plenty to do, great location. Parking a real plus but we didn’t need our car for the entire time! Will definitely return to the property when we go to Breck next!

    This property did not disappoint! It was in the perfect spot and we could walk everywhere. The views were amazing and were even better than pictures. We were able to check in early and had the best time in Breckenridge. If you are looking for prime location this where you need to stay! We loved the private garage access. No complaints at all, we are already planning our next visit!

    Short and sweet the property was fantastic. The pictures were 100% accurate but the view actually seemed even better. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. And the location was great--a short walk to Main Street. We parked the car in the garage and didn't get back into it until we left. Would love to come back!
