In the winter, enjoy ski-in/out access to what feels like unlimited terrain! Ride the Bear Back Poma lift to access the Big Sky base area and from there, explore 5,800 acres of ski terrain. In the evening, book reservations at The Cabin Bar and Grill and enjoy a night of steaks and good company.

In the summer, a number of fun activities for the whole family are available right out your door. Hike the Moose Tracks trail at Big Sky Resort, before enjoying a relaxing sunny afternoon paddleboarding or lounging by the beach at Lake Levinsky.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic Montana A/C: open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.

Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!
