Heated garage parking and a ski locker ensure winter fun is hassle-free. Explore popular eateries and essential shopping just around the corner at Newpark Town Center or Redstone Plaza. The Lower Canyons Parking Lot is only a 5-minute drive, while the Park City Mountain base and historic Main Street are just 15 minutes away (or accessible via the free bus service). Deer Valley Resort, known for its immaculate trails, is 15-20 minutes down the road, offering fantastic skiing, hiking, and mountain biking year-round.

The space:

Open living area with a sectional sofa, TV, gas fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen is family-friendly stocked with useful items such as crockpot, instant pot, etc. Plent of space for a family to socialize and eat around the granite countertop island and full dining table.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Primary suite has a queen bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub with TV, a walk-in shower, and a towel heater. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double queen bunk bed. The second bathroom has been beautifully renovated with walk-in shower and towel heater. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private covered balcony.

Guest access
This unit is located on the third floor and can be reached directly by the central stairwell or via elevator. The heated garage space with ski locker is also accessible by elevator and stairs.

    This was a wonderful place to stay for my family of 5 - lots of room, clean, convenient location to the grocery store and Canyons. The hot tub was great- nice and warm! It was also nice to have our own parking space. Ski locker was provided but we did not use it. The host was very responsive. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

    Conveniently located to ski and shopping. The home had all the necessary amenities and several extras such as garage parking, great location on the property, games and entertainment options and more. The host was very communicative and was extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience for our family vacation.

    Our stay was fine. Unfortunately, it was further from a bus stop than we had expected. Not really walkable in ski boots, so you have to drive to/from the slopes or take an Uber. Host was communicative & helpful. The space was nice & roomy, but not well cleaned. I reached out to the owners to tell them and they said they would talk to their cleaning crew but offered no compensation. I had to clean the countertops as they were dirty, as was the tub (which I had been looking forward to relaxing in, but didn’t because of the lack of cleanliness). I stay at a lot of rental homes and was sadly disappointed in the location and cleanliness of this one. For the money in the area, though, it was a decent value.

    A friend and I visited the PC area for a short ski trip and this location in Bear Hollow was perfect for us. Short drive to DV, PC and the Canyon's base. Main Street also a short drive but really loved the convenience of ski rental, grocery store and many great restaurants in the New Park area. Remote access to covered parking, ski locker then elevator to condo made for easy commute to the slopes. Community hot tub right across the street to end the day !

    property was nicely updated. bathrooms were great and furniture was very nice. not dated at all and very comfy. location was great. and the tv in the bath tub was a hit. well equipped and overall a great find.
