Cozy Beachside Condo sleeps 8! Mins from sand+pool.

Great host , great experience! Nice condo , walking distance from beach and pretty much everything else. Great quiet beach , family oriented. Peaceful. Would vacation here every year!

Peachy Keen was a great place ro stay in the P.Cola Beach area. It was everything we were looking for in a quick beach getaway. Comfortable living area, beautiful beach. The owner was great with communication when we had questions asked. He was prompt and very helpful. The only thing i wished for was laundry accommodations. But that would not stop me from going back. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

We were in town for the NAIA Women’s Soccer Championship, and Rudy was an exceptional host—responsive, flexible with our changing schedule, and genuinely hospitable. The condo was quiet enough for my husband to work online between games, and its location was perfect: just a short walk to the beautiful beach where we enjoyed getting some exercise and searching for treasures. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice place. My wife has very knee problems one replaced a fixing to have the other so stairs was a little bit of problem this time but not no fault other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Super super nice host responded to late messages and super accommodating. I didn’t know it was on the third story but it was worth the walking, got some cardio in hahaha. I would stay again!

Roaches in the main bathroom, leftover used coffee and filter in the coffee pot basket, no dishwasher soap found ( I brought my own). I had assumed there would be a W/D, none in unit. Otherwise, not a terrible place to stay .....

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The place is in decent shape and suited us just fine. It is a little further away from places to shop or eat than we thought it was, but we survived just fine

Me & my family had an amazing time at this condo, just outside of the strip so not too far from everything but just far enough the beach wasn’t too busy! The condos were extremely quiet & family friendly! we will definitely be back!

Not very big, laundry unit not in apartment but down the street and was unusable Water wasn't hot
