Great place has all the amenities you need for a great weekend!!!!!

All the areas have been updated. Very spacious.

I booked this lovely location for my husband and daughter for their dad/daughter trip. And they loved the place! Wonderful location and easy to get to with all amenities close by.Communication with the host was easy and fast.Check in and out was a breeze.Thank you again for a memorable stay.

Condo was amazing, just as described.. would stay again! Only negative thing was my daughter's 50.00 shoes were stolen from the beach, so keep your shoes with you lol.

Condo was nice and clean, had a great at home feel to it! Definitely will stay here again! Check in was smooth and easy, host was great at communicating and allowed me to check in a couple of hours early

We had a great time here. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to beach. Stayed here prior to our cruise. The drive was maybe 8-10mins to port. Nice stay!

Having never stayed in a vrbo before it was good. Would use again but now we know a few things. Bring toilet paper and wash cloths. Did get more second day but was given two wash cloths and a roll and half of TP for 5 people. Enjoyed the extras like chairs for the beach. There was an umbrella and boogie boards we didn't use buy would have had we been there longer. Very close to the beach.

Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and host was more than accommodating. Location proximity to the beach couldn't be any better without being directly on the beach! Very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!

The communication before, during and after the stay was very good. Description is excellent. There are lots of items provided that would be needed for a beach stay. My family and I stayed there for a couple of days prior to our cruise. The parking spot is marked well and the condo was easy to find. Beds were comfy. One of the adult kiddos slept on the couch and there was an air mattress provided as well if needed. Bedding and towels were easy to find and clean. Basic necessities were in the kitchen and again easy to locate. Only negative is the condo could use a deep cleaning for dust and little trash items. We found lots of dust bunnies and partial wrappers (or similar items) under or behind things when looking for plugs for extra chargers, etc. If we return back to cape canaveral for another cruise I would definitely stay here and recommend this place.

Place was beautiful, clean and as advertised! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Locals are friendly and live music! We jad a wonderful time!

First impression was all our needs were met. Location was great, very close to the Beach, Great communication with the property manager. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler 2024 weekend. The location was the perfect distance between the military locations we needed to be at and the relaxing beach location. We had a great area to get some practice runs in and a wonderful walk to the beach were you can see some of the launch pads. The property manager was amazing and responded promptly and professionally in all our conversations. 10/10 recommend!

We are a food vendor for the Cocoa Beach Art Show and needed a place to stay and recuperate between days. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely use this place if my wife and I want to get away for a beach weekend.

Property was well located and convenient to Kennedy Space Center and the beach.

Location of this VRBO is in proximity to the cruise port. It was clean, stocked with all essentials, with great communication. Will stay here everytime we cruise, if available. I will try to reserve our dates in Jan when we return from this one!

We got there a little early and the owner was kind enough to let us go into the property to put our things safely inside before heading back out. Communication with DeeDee is flawless and she's very accommodating The Condo is well appointed, it had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Including some beach equipment i.e. chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and tote for our picnic on the beach; major plus! My only complaint was the laundry room, the machines are old and small. If you have a lot of laundry to do, bring many quarters, it is $1.25 a load per machine. One tip, when you head back to the condo from the beach, there is a sprayer just outside the laundry room where you can hose off all the sand. It's really quite handy to use. Overall I would absolutely recommend this VRBO spot.

The location is the perfect distance from the beach & in a great quiet neighborhood. Very clean & has everything you need for a comfy stay. The owner is very communicative & you can tell that they put a lot of thought into making a clean, beautiful place to vacation.

Price A+! Convenience A+! AC A+! Such a wonderful place to relax with family! We played games at night. Then slept like babies! 3 minutes to the awesomeness of the beach. Walk down and watched a lift off! Ron Jon surf shop! The Cocoa beach Pier! Oh, and the kitchen was great! We enjoyed it so much. My wife rested so well after her gall bladder surgery!

I spent way too much time looking for a two bedroom place for me and my teenage son, but glad I choose this place, it was perfect! It was so close to the beach, and looked exactly like the pictures in person. I would highly recommend it.

Place was stocked with bear gear and a short two block walk. Located away from the hotel chains, the beach wasn’t crowded and perfect for anytime of the day visit.

The colors of the condo is what drew my attention to this place. The location is very close to the beach and the chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys were very much appreciated! If you are looking for immaculate this is not the place for you. There was a layer of dust on most things and cobwebs throughout. We did find a pill underneath our bed. With having teenagers and an older child it was satisfactory for us. Probably would not recommend for toddlers.
