There have been many updates made in the unit including all new appliances. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony. So relaxing!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was ideal. Building is beautiful. Great barbeque area. We were welcomed to join in any activities we liked. Condo was okay, nice bathroom. Needs some updating and bedroom rug stained. Staff at MIVP was great, especially Elizabeth, who I spoke with a number of times. What disappointed me was that, upon checking out, we were not told whether we could have the unit again next year, nor were we offered any assistance in finding a place for next year. I will contact them, though, for next year.
