Stayed Sep 15, 2021We really enjoyed staying at Dennis’s condo! He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans and glassware. They provided very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and even coolers to take to the beach. The location of the condo is great! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is about 5 minutes South with lots of great restaurants and live music and a Publix in each direction. Beach access was a quick walk right across A1A and easy to get to with a cross walk right in front of the building. We loved the location of his unit in the condo being ground level and having a nice lawn for the kids to play out of the sliding glass door. We really enjoyed the pool after coming back from the beach. Parking was right out front of the front door which was very nice for loading and unloading. We liked grilling dinner under a big shade tree out front of the condo and watching the iguanas in the grass. The whole property was well maintained and landscaped beautifully. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 11, 2021The property was very comfortable and strategically located to all the beaches. The community in which the property located is very safe and a pleasant neighborhood. Check-in and Check-out process was very smooth.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property had everything you would ever need. The host was great and always available. Great neighbors and the beach was just across the street. Close services and easy access to everything. Perfect property.
