Cozy Bartlett Condo: 1 Mi to Attitash Ski Resort!

this place was fantastic, very clean & comfy beds. The host was awesome, great wifi reception and overall great stay. Would def come back here again!

It was wonderful. Unfortunately the bedroom on the main level without the bathroom had a tomato sauce stain on the bed cover and a piece of pizza under a chair in the bedroom. That is the fault of cleaning crew and not owner. Otherwise a perfect stay

We loved this cozy condo at The Seasons! The space was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids, ages 11, 13, 18 & 20). We loved the pool and hot tub in the club house. And the condo was within close proximity to North Conway. We had 3 minor issues with the condo: 1) the hot water ran out on us the first day we were showering. After that, we just took turns showering and we did not have any issues. 2) A blender would have been nice for making drinks or shakes. 3) The living room and master beedroom blinds didn't function properly. But on a whole, we have a great trip and would definitely stay again in the future!

Very nice condo. Clean linens/towels, bathroom, etc. Comfy beds and furniture. My family of 6 had plenty of space and look forward to this trip each year. See you again next year!

Clean and well appointed, location was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Actually stayed an additional night that was planned vs last year. Same complex, different condo. Layout was great through out Condo, loved the porched and used it. PLENTY of room for 6 people. The second bedroom downstairs next to our master bedroom was very convenient for my sister in-law who came up for 2 days. the loft was great for the children with all the beds, couch, tv and their own balcony. And the WIFI worked! The club house was great for us and the kids who enjoyed the pool, game room while I/we enjoyed the jacuzzi. We were out everyday as planned, but enjoyed our late afternoon and evenings stay when we returned. I look forward to returning again in 2025.

This was a perfect property for two families to stay together. All the grownups got their own bedroom and the kids were happy to stay together in the loft. It was a couple minute walk to the clubhouse with the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay, 6 minutes from Storyland which met with all our needs. Laundry, stove, refrigerator, all in good working condition. Very quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was close to the parks and shopping, which was the purpose of our trip. The building was quiet, everything was clean, and it was exactly as advertised. We would book again! A couple of things to mention: the office doesn’t open until 9, so if you need to check out before then, you would have to set something up. There also isn’t a dumpster in the parking lot so you have to walk or drive it to the next parking lot.

Clean well-kept condo with access to a pool, a small arcade with foosball and pool table and pingpong. Was so close to Storyland, North Conway shopping, Diana's Baths, beautiful mountains! We had a great time here with kids ages 4-12. Memorial Day weekend was a good time to be here as it hasn't hit the summer rush yet, but still plenty of people around and attractions are all open. Great stay!
