Cozy apartment with balcony that overlooks downtown Wabasha!

This property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The fireplace was a great accent for the evening. There is quite a bit to do within walking distance of this apartment as long as you go before November. The host was communicating with us very well answering questions we had very promptly also. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The best amenity was the hot tub. We also like the living room, the balcony access and the living room again was very cozy. The bed was comfortable. Saturday night we picked up takeout from RedWing, a new Thai restaurant: Bimi Thai Express which was wonderful. We went to the Nelson creamery in WI one eve.

The apartment was absolutely charming, and its location was within walking distance to many of the places we patronized.

We enjoyed the cozy charm of this place. The fireplace is a special feature that warns the entire apartment—so nice to enjoy on a cold winter’s day. The host was very accommodating with check-in.

Once you get past the entry and the staircase to the apartment (old building, bit bland, steep stairs) the apartment is wonderful. It is perfect for two people. And the location is GREAT! It is right in downtown which meant walking distance to retail, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, Eagle Center, river, etc. The balcony needs a refresher, but was nice to sit and take in the town. Had a couple of small hiccups but Jennifer responded quickly. We had a very nice stay and would stay again if back in that area.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Close to many things to do/see, and the host was very responsive and provided a list of things to do in the area. The rental had everything we needed and we didn't have any issues. We'd come back again in the future!

Right in the heart of town, walking distance to many places. Also, near bridge so easy to cross over into Iowa to explore there.

The location was great! Check in was easy. Kitchen facilities were adequate (we didn’t use much).

Property was relaxing and quiet.The balcony overlooking mainstreet was relaxing to start and end your day.Bathroom was a great size. Whirlpool was a great way to relax after a long day. Kitchen had everything to make meals.Living room was comfortable. Wabasha is a nice town and good base to venture north and south from.

This is a great place with a fun town around it. Host was so helpful and communicative it made the little details of our trip easy. Just 15-20 minutes from lake city too. Thank you!

We had a great 4th of July weekend at Jennifer's place. Close to the river and the Eagle Center. Perfect location for exploring the area too, plenty of things to keep you busy for a long weekend. Loved watching all the boats at the nearby park. The place is bigger than a studio and well furnished. Watched the fireworks from the balcony, very cool.

This little apartment is perfect and adorable. Had everything I needed and a super cute and safe area close to everything but yet quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Jen is an amazing hostess! The place was great andso much to do in the area. We were there to motorcycle and it was beautiful! We want to back and stay longer as there are so many things we didn’t get to do. We loved being on Main Street and sitting on the balcony. The place was spotless clean! Jen had all sorts of information on the area available! We will definitely be going back!

Our stay was great! We loved this cozy apartment located in the heart of downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless.

Location was fine. As part of the older population (70), too many stairs and a very short toilet. TV usage was complicated.

We were here for a weekend event and this was the perfect place for us to stay...close to all activities, very clean and so much better than staying in a hotel. The owner was so easy to work with! We would definitely rent this again!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Wabasha MN for SeptOctoberfest and Johnny Appleseed Days. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was even a balcony overlooking Main Street. All items supplied in the kitchen and bathroom were not lacking whatsoever. We found 4 places to eat right out our front door, or a short walk. You are so close to the Mississippi River, and the walkways are terrific in this quaint and cute town. Five stars! Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Super cute and cozy and conveniently located right downtown. It was nice to have a kitchen but restaurants and coffee are just a few steps away. There are many things to see and do in the area.

Vintage style upstairs apartment with easy access to the river walk and Eagle center. Don't forget to visit the chocolate escape while you're there. Delicious candy and ice cream.

Absolutely perfect! Jennifer's place is impeccably spotless, such a cozy feel, excellent natural light, centrally located and an outdoor balcony overlooking a sweet main street downtown. Very walkable location but also very close to other river towns. Excellent communication, Jennifer answered my questions quickly and offered ideas of several different places to visit and activities. We will definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Stayed for the weekend and had a blast. It is right next to Herb & Arrow. Walking distance to Parkside and the Eagle Center.

Great studio apartment in picturesque Great River Valley Wabasha. Restaurants and local businesses all within walking distance.

Apartment was nicely equipped and comfortable. The location was good for walking to any number of local eateries and entertainment in the evenings after the day out exploring the area. Balcony was nice to have as well. Would consider staying again if in the area.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL time in Wabasha and the surrounding towns. The vrbo was perfect for us. We loved sitting out on the porch in the morning for coffee and in the evening, with a cocktail or tea. We went for several walks around town, ate at local restaurants and drove over to the Wisconsin side to hike and visit art galleries. I would highly recommend this place!
