A's by the Slope is ideally located in the heart of the village of Snowshoe in the renowned Allegheny Springs building, your most luxurious accommodation in Snowshoe. It is a fully updated 1st floor condo with the most convenient ski in/out or bike in/out location you will find in the entire village. Well conceived and organize floor plan to include a open kitchen and living room (with queen sleeper sofa), a private bedroom and private bathroom. Unlike most properties in Snowshoe, we now offer a fully contact less check in at Allegheny Springs. By pass the check-in lines and go straight to the unit.

The main & private bedroom offers a queen bed with an upscale foam mattress to provide a heavenly rest after a full day of ski. Plenty of closet space for putting away your belongings, QI Wireless clock to recharge your device, and TV allows you relax and recharge.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, and all everything you need for cooking tasty meals. Prepare your meal in the crock-pot in the morning and dinner will be ready when you come back!

The living room provides plenty of seating for the family to relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen while watching the fireplace.
if you need extra sleeping space, the sofa converts to a queen bed.

☆☆ BATHROOM☆☆

The spacious bathroom offers a combo tub/shower and great lighting.

We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels, tissue paper). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly. Our condo is also furnished with sheets and towels. We do not provide Pool Towels so if you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please bring your own pool towels.

A's by the Slope has a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy.

Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID.

Although you have access to the entire condo, there is one owner closet that is not accessible to guests and is located in the entrance.

Your arrival (and departure) are fully contactless. You will be provided with detailed check-in instructions the afternoon prior to your arrival including a code and/or mobile app to enter the home. Unlike most properties in Snowshoe, we now offer a fully contact less check in at Allegheny Springs. By pass the check-in lines and go straight to the unit. Valet parking and Concierge services are available.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you. We are only a phone call/message away and will respond usually within minutes during extended business hours. During the overnight, we probably wont get back to you until early the next morning. If there is a life threatening emergency, please contact 911 and then call us and leave us a voicemail. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.

The property is equipped with video recording camera outside of the patio. There is 1 camera located on the patio for the safety of our guests. Those are used for security purpose only. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy (airbnb, VRBO, booking...). The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant of the home for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and the reservation will be immediately canceled. No refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation policy.

    Great location to slopes and dining. So close to the main lift you could throw a snowball at it. Host was fast and very responsive. Room was clean. Would book same place again.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The codo was very cozy, very clean and a GREAT location. We loved the fireplace after a long day skiing. We could also see the ski lift from the patio. It was fun to watch the snow being made at night. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we go back.

    The bed was super comfortable and the location was PERFECT! You can't put a price on being able to walk out onto the porch and be right on the slopes. It was also nice being able to get into the unit after 11 pm (when the front desk closes) as the unit has access via the patio with a door code. The owners were super responsive to needs we had during our stay and were really accomodating. I could not speak higher of our experience! Had a great time!

    Everything was as described… the hosts communication was second to none. Check in and check out process is very easy..Only drawback was with it being listed as a ski and ski out we anticipated that we could literally ski in and ski out off of the porch however, there was a snowbank 3 feet tall that we had to climb over.

    Directions for first-time visitors are horrible! To start, we arrived at night in a snow storm. Host’s instructions were to follow a path outside that goes around the building. But, being in the middle of a snow storm, there was no path - just tons of snow in the dark! Then, the host has three, very small BLACK stickers on the unlit porch door that we’re supposed to see in the dark during a snow storm!! Mark the unit better! Or, simply have the access card at the front desk! If that’s not doable, I’ve discovered (from the condo front desk, not the host) that you can use the bathroom key to get to the unit to initially get in and not climb through mounds of snow in a dark snow storm looking for black on an unlit porch! Another issue is simple instructions in the unit. For example, the fireplace (which didn’t work) had a button. One would assume you simply push the button- but nope! There’s a pattern that one “in the know” would understand. The host was made aware of the fireplace not working and did nothing to make it right. The fireplace was one of the main reasons I rented this unit!The magnet locked door get to the unit that prompts the hosts to tell their visitors to go looking for small black stickers on an unlit porch on a dark, snow storm night is stupid and useless!I can go on but it’s a simple matter of perception. The host’s perception was not that of a new visitor unfamiliar with the location and property. Nice location though (silver lining I guess)

    3 night stay with last minute reservation. Had excellent visit. The unit is uniquely positioned in the top property on the main square. Can ski right up to patio for lunch. Unit is comfortable, well equipped. Top notch property manager experience, as expected. Will rent again.
