Stayed Aug 7, 2021first thing house not ready still being cleaned 4pm. Sand on front porch and hallway rug. Dishes dirty, dirty 1980 coffee Maker. No private Master bath like the listing. No Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, no grill. No electric left side of sink( code Violation). Trash pickup every day 7am. AC rocks. I wouldnt stay here again only because would like a bit nicer

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I rented this from Shoreline Properties for a week with my family. We stayed in unit 7 which was a top floor rental. Pros: This was a great location. It was only a block from the beach and 1-2 blocks from Starbucks, Malia's, Anthony's, and CVS. The front porch was nice for eating while the back was nice to hang our beach gear. Washer and dryer a huge plus. There is also a place in the back to rinse the sand off. The place was more than enough for a family of 4. Cons: The lighting in the front living room was poor. If you have a baby or toddler, the front porch does not have a gate so safety is an issue. Plus, it was not possible to strap the booster seat to the long benches in the kitchen. The back bedroom was loud on the weekend nights due to the country club nearby. The owners should at least provide a can opener and pens/paper.
