Cozy 2BR Highpoint located at the Friday Harbour

The place had everything we needed to stay for two days.

An overall good stay for 2 nights. Friday Harbour is an attractive area that invites outdoor experiences. While our unit was in good working order, some attention to detail is recommended for a more comfortable stay. While views to the construction parking lot was known, the deep balcony was poorly furnished with one camping chair and the space was not clean. As guests to a resort, we want to sit outside when the weather is nice. Proper seating would be good and some privacy screening would make the view from the unit more appealing. Inside, some indirect lights, esp in the bedrooms would improve use of the unit at night. The unit was quiet aside from some traffic which is understandable. Bathrooms were clean and new, beds were comfortable, and communication was available and appreciated.

This is a facility primarily organized for leisure with few opportunities in the immediate area for entertainment or dining. The buildings are all restricted access, and the entrance to the elevater from the parking garage in our building was not marked and hidden behind 2 closed doors which caused severe difficulty moving in up 4 flights of stairs. The units are nice but most views are of empty land or parking areas. Our unit had a balcony with no furniture which restricted its use. The limited dining/shopping area is expensive and either empty on weekdays(many shops are closed). Dining choices are limited. The Fishbone restaurant is good but get a reservation. The pub style Dirty Oar has passable food. We could not get into the Italian Avenue on this holiday weekend as it was overcrowded. The nature preserve is pleasant and generally well kept. Staying here required frequent travel to surrounding areas for shopping and delivery for meals.

Condo is as described. Very clean and pretty well equipped- could use a baking tray for oven and regular teaspoons as well as a chair other than the couch. I do find when staying for 3 weeks would have been nice to have housekeeping half way thru. There is a washer/dryer so able to wash sheets towels etc. the biggest issue is only 1 fab - not an issue 1 parking remote but 1 fab to get in and out of condo issue when two or more people. We booked condo as my husband was working at new house and there were days I just wanted to do other things but we had to coordinate all our time with being at condo at same time. I have stayed at many condos and given more than one key to enter building.There is no instructions how to use an intercom system either( no intercom in Condo.The condo is well decorated and well equipped- would be nice to have outdoor chairs on patio for nice days. A bit deceiving as says all season resort but hot tub and pool are seasonal. Also, there should be instructions w map of the proximity of the condo to boardwalk and what restaurant/ stores are available. Would recommend this unit as it is modern, clean ,basically well equipped and close proximity to Barrie and Innisfil.Many cigarette butts outside- did not see any garbage cans or cigarette cans for people. The 24 hr park is in a very wet muddy area also so saw lots mud on rugs- although cleaners did clean areas well each day- hopefully that lot will get covered w asphalt in future-

This little gem of a place is a short 15 minute drive away from the city limits. It is a cozy little home with wonderful things to see. It is a little village that still has construction going on but the beauty of what it is and what it will be shines through. I went down onto the board walk in the evening and with the lights it was magical. The setup was not complete for their holiday festivities but what was there was amazing. I felt like I was walking on set of a Hallmark move. I would really like to come back in the summer or closer to Christmas to see and experience the full excitement of Friday Harbour. I was not expecting to see all of this. What a wonderful surprise.

The apartment is beautiful, just as you see in the pictures, and the community is very nice, though it was cold and drizzling every night we stayed. The nearby Bay Area is also an added bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay! The grounds were gorgeous and the restaurants were great! We were there for a wedding which was held at the Lake House which was absolutely perfect! We would definitely return!

We recently came to Innisfil for a family wedding. Many of the hotels were booked and were expensive and frankly looking quite tired. We decided to look for a rental and happened upon this listing. I am very glad I did. We ended up with a modern, clean, 2 bedroom apartment that offered privacy for both my mother and me. The community is incredible. With shops, restaurants, a marina, and a beach, in addition to the hot tub and pool located in the building's private courtyard. Our host provided easy to follow instructions that meant we had an easy check in. They touched base with us several times during our stay to ensure we were happy and had no issues. I would totally recommend renting this unit if you are ever in the area!

Accommodations were as the pictures showed. Clean a close to the restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jason

Easy to access..very comfortable and had everything we needed

We stayed for 5 nights while attending skating school in Barrie, and it was a fantastic place to use as a home base. The place was spotless, and the location was perfect, being able to take walks on the boardwalk every night, enjoying the restaurants, gelato, Starbucks, and the beach area. We'll definitely stay here again.
