Cozy 2-bedroom condo with WiFi, AC in welcoming Grand Forks

Communication was great. Things were clean. We were visiting from Arizona and we were glad we had the ability to keep the place warm in ND winter. TV didn’t allow you to download any apps that I might have used—DirecTV for example…nor did the TV allow me to cast from iPhone/iPad. That could have made things better. Side tables by couch would have allowed for setting drink somewhere.

The apartment was very clean and had a great location convenient to what we needed. Host was very prompt in all communication. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a quiet apartment building with no noise that was easy to find and had off street parking. I had trouble figuring out how to use the keypad, but Carson was easy to get ahold of and happily helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies we may have needed. It was a great place to stay.

We never stayed there we got a hotel that was not a condo and it was in the worst part of grand forks.

Clean property, Host was responsive, however appeared to be more of an apartment than a condo. Overall, very functional for our purposes.

Very clean. It's nice to have a kitchen to make coffee and have breakfast. Our stay way comfortable for a team of 5 skaters for an inline marathon. We highly recommend this stay!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend encompassing or orientation. It is central to shopping availability and food resources and not a very distant drive from campus. The unit served our family of 5 well for the weekend. While a generally dated property, it was in clean condition and served our needs for the weekend. Basic cooking utensils were there for breakfast and our dinner prep.
