Cozy 2 bedroom condo just steps to the beach

The cutest condo ,equipped with everything we needed Clean and comfy which is super important. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean inside. It's right across the street from the beach. Communication with the property manager was good.

The property was very comfortable, and clean. Host was easy to reach. The location was perfect, right at the public beach access. Beach was beautiful. Not t crowded at all. Restaurants were close and Publix grocery store was about a half mile away. Perfect place in my opinion.

Wonderful location in enchanting Anna Marie Island, just across the road from a lovely quiet beach and free shuttle. Good location to walk to Bridge street, several fun restaurants etc.Condo is on the smaller side (700 sf) but newly remodeled, (functional/not upscale). That said, it is an older property with a few quirks. All apiances worked, altho not very new. Charming seaside decor. Comfortable couches, bed not so much. Kitchen pretty well equipped altho with older pots and pans.

The place was filthy when I arrived. Refrigerator was not clean, carpet had not been vacuumed, black water poured out of the bathtub faucet when turned on, sand around the couch area, microwave had food splattered inside, towels in the bathroom looked like they were bought from a yard sale and actually had a bug on it when I arrived. Several kitchen dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Dish drainer had not been cleaned in months. The beds have a topper over the mattress and the sheets covered only the topper. Needless to say since the rest of the condo was a mess, I did not sleep in the bed. I used the couch instead. The closets were full of paint, a ladder, and so much misc. junk that I had no where to hang my clothing. Complained to the host about reimbursing me for the cleaning and I have heard nothing as of today. Not much lighting in the parking lot behind the building or up the stairs. Not a safe environment. Pavement in the small parking area was a mess. I do have pictures of everything mentioned above. The only good thing I have to say about the unit is that It is across the street from the beach and the decorations are cute and beachy.
