We were seasonal renters (3 months) and couldn't be happier! Fantastic location, incredible views of Howelsen, Lincoln Ave and Sleeping Giant. You can walk downtown if you choose and the Yellow Line is available. Property was extremely quiet and easy to find parking. Inside, everything was top tier, fully stocked and functioned perfectly. Check in was simple and the hosts were always available to answer questions. The instruction book was a single sheet of paper (as it should be). All in all 6/5, 11/10!

Highly recommend this stay! We had this apartment for fourth months over the winter and loved every minute. The location is great - roughly 1 mile (17 minute walk, less than 5 minute drive) to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the base of the ski area. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and just as the pictures show. The hosts were great with communication throughout the whole process. We will miss our time spent here!
